Balcony, location, AC The door wasn’t super sturdy, and there were no hangers inside the wardrobe

Stuff was friendly they didn't have to lock the door to the room. only spheres. the air conditioner was dirty and noisy. the breakfast buffet was insufficient.old and uncomfortable mattress

Nothing the staff were ignorant We parked our van, in the hotels gated, CCTV carpark and we got all our cases taken, we have no clothes only what we have on, the hotel staff didn’t want to know, def inside Job, funny the barrier wasn’t down, the CCTV apparently didn’t record but the police made the staff show them, and they get away car was parked on an angle where you couldn’t read the reg, nothing added up, we had to drive with no back window all drivers door smashed for over 500km with 8 of us in the van with no nothing, they even took my dirty washing. Do not stay here unless you want to have everything taken with staff all in on it!!!!!

the air con was great and close to the metro staff didn’t speak english and was hard to communicate on arrival. once in our room i found 2 ants in the bed, hair all over the bathroom floor and in the sink, toilet seat was cracked and the toilet brush had faeces on it. the wifi didn’t reach our room and the bed was rock hard. not a great selection of breakfast food if you don’t like sweet things Also the cleaners took my new bar of soap every morning twice for some reason. i would open one they provided and then they take it and not restock it. very strange

Really good value, breakfast was included and was really good. Facilitating staff as we needed to check in late. Bed was comfortable Rooms are simple but we didn’t mind. As we arrived late much public transport had stopped and we had to walk around 35 minutes from station however during the day you can get a metro.
