The location was close to where we wanted to be. The owner was very pleasant. Our original choice with Booking.com was unable to accommodate us the date we required, so booking.com directed toward B Loft. The location was difficult to find as construction was concealing the entrance. The key to our room was difficult to use. The toilet facilities were outside the room, which meant having to use the key to unlock the room. There was no tea or water available in the room. The pool was not open ( I did not pay attention to the closing date)

The shower was good. The scaffolding that was blocking the entrance. The jacuzzi had black bits coming out of the pumps. There was no mini fridge for a bottle of water. The tap in the toilet didn’t work. The jacuzzi stairs were very wobbly.

What is there not to like, a wonderful architectural properly full of old and new, curated Chinese artifacts and items, a clever pool and terrace, secret doors and glass rooms, a fantastic, funny, helpful and caring host, room with a huge spa bath and sauna and a huge sexy shower. and after a month of being away from home and driving thousands of miles, this was much needed, a little bit of modern artistic luxury in a wonderful city. Comfortable bed, clean and relaxing surroundings and a high quality continental breakfast with great coffee!!! Oh and don't do t forget the sexy shower and the sauna and the sexy shower. The whole place, the whole night the whole thing was just amazing. Highly recommend if you're ever in Avignon, we were even offered a big room upgrade for free, we didn't accept as we really wanted the sauna to help release our travel knotted bodies, otherwise we would have snapped it up ??? Absolutely nothing not to adore about this superb luxury b&b, go on treat yourself ???

The room was clean and good size. Parking is a bit challenging.

Host was a really nice person and very helpful. Room was very clean and pleasant and towels changed every day. Location for city centre, buses and trains was excellent. No place to hang clothes. Car parking was a real problem. Breakfast was expensive for what was on offer.

Owner was kind and with smile - everytime good sign. I just sleepover on trip through the Europe. I get clear instructions about location. For safe parking it is better to use train station garages. On the street i little bit worry for my car.

The house is an excellent combination of modern architecture and old oriental furniture. The owner is a good host who gave us recommendations for the tourist attractions in the area.

The pool good and the bed was comfortable. Easy walk into the walled city of Avignon. No toilet in the room. Mouse trap under the bathroom sink. The area and parking in the street were very run down. We were told at check in not to leave anything on view in the car in case somebody smashed the windows. Check in was not easy. They send you a strange picture of a white door denoting B Loft but do not give any instructions with the picture. Apparently this is where the bell is!!!!! Man who checked us in was very condescending and made us feel like stupid English people. Despite one of us speaking French. NOT stupid. Very well travelled.
