Very nice hotel with friendly staff. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a large suite with a balcony. The included breakfast was amazing! Overall, we were very impressed with how nice and clean this hotel was. There was really nothing that we didn't like. This is an excellent hotel for anyone wanting or needing to be close to the Avignon TGV station, which is only a 10 minute walk away. We would stay here again.

The hotel wants to be upscale but it presents as mid-level. No bellmen or women. No sandwiches or basic dishes on the menu. The bed was comfortable but the tv channels did work. There were Asian, German, and French channels that played but not English channel..

The pool, clean facility, helpful staff. Bartender not very knowledgeable. Room difficult to navigate in. Far from other restaurants choices. Smokers in eating areas.

Lovely well-appointed room. Quality linens and bathroom products. Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff and easy check-in. Good breakfast.

Staff was friendly. Rooms clean and the pool was a bonus. Dinner was very good as well close to train for my travel the following day.

Bed were awesome, really comfy and big. Room was perfect; looked modern and new. Breakast was really good, you have a bit of everything. No matter what time you arrive you always have everything. Staff is nice, smiling and helpful. We already new abt the location, you need a car as you are kind of in the outskirts of th city.

The cleaning on the toilet wasn’t good at the room. There was broken glass but that was a minor detail. I honestly didn’t enjoy the spa at all. The floor was too wet and slippery and the facilities are ok but it doesn’t feel like a relaxing space. There was too much noise from the guests taking, the jacuzzi, the lady supervising and asking the guests for their names etc. we spent max. 15 min. Since we weren’t able to relax.

The room had poor heating and AC controls. It seemed as if they didn't actually work. The check-in staff were not very welcoming. The breakfast was subpar. At this price, I expected a better experience given how far from it is from the city centre.
