The outdoor area by pool and the niceness of the rooms

Very clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Lovely property with pool and garden. Excellent staff. Lovely breakfast and dinner. It’s quite a distance from the Centre so we had dinner at the hotel and really enjoyed it. Great parking too! If you want to be in the centre of things it’s a bit far out but there’s a big shopping mall fairly close as well as other amenities in the area.

Perfect location for our purpose The price announced was not at all what we paid (more than twice). We were “upgraded” with a room with a terrasse, which was not for use. We did not have warm water for the shower in the morning: 8:30m. We did not have access to soap while taking a bath; had to stand up to reach soap on the wall.

The beds were comfortable... that's all! Room was NOT what was advertised. Clerk admitted the error in room assignment but couldn't do anything. Offered a room change which was worse. The downstairs sitting area was dirty and grimey. The area around hotel was terrible and we judged to be unsafe. Particularly, the chairs were very hard and little more than dressing room chairs. A/C did not work and the portable A/C that was there couldn't be adjusted down. Tiny toilet was not even in bathroom... It was in a separate little room like a closet.

Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. Parking was excellent. The room was advertised as having air conditioning. The equipment is there but the hotel shuts off the A/C in Fall. The day was very hot and after a day walking around the city, we got to our hot room without A/C. Their explanation was unsatisfactory, the receptionist said simply that “it’s not hot enough for air conditioning. We had to sleep with our windows open to get a bit of fresh air. If that is the French custom, they should not advertise as “air conditioned”!!! Very disappointed.

Just about everything was wonderful. The service was great and almost everyone was pleasant and helpful. I particularly want to mention Nagette at reception and Marco in the restauarant as being superb at their jobs. The food was wonderful and creative. The public spaces outside were beautiful. Minor gripe is that there was no mini fridge in the room.

A nice vibe starting at the entrance door. It’s a nicely done decor with details. The staff is very nice and professional. Diner very good, room very comfortable and clean. I don’t know

Room was spacious & comfortable Location was odd in somewhat of an industrial area. Had to ring to get a gate opened to enter

Everything was exceptional. Staff, hotel, location, spa, restaurant... Liked everything! Will definitely return to this hotel.

Quiet and comfortable Far from town
-
The facilities! Above all the piscine and the location All

This hotel is in a quiet area with small, clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, though the restaurant opens at 7pm for dinner and serves lunch only from Tuesday to Friday 12:00 to 01:30 PM There are no other dining options nearby. Staff are friendly, and a good bus service connects to Avignon’s centre.

Good place for one night stop in Avignon for travellers with car. It was our case. Spacious parking, clean and comfort room, good breakfast. Easy check in and out.

Garden facilities

The location was not ideal - not within walking distance of restaurants. (That is obviously not the fault of the hotel.) The A/C was also leaking onto the floor.

Convenientley located in the near outskirts of Avignon ( 7 minutes car drive from centre, close to bus stop ), verry nice hotel, clean, kind staff, beautiful outdoor garden with swimming pool, breakfast with very selected, fresh and local products.

Security, cleanliness, location. Breakfast very good. My mother was booked into wrong room then had to move after unpacking her stuff. Restaurant staff lack of knowledge and general serving skills well below par. Fridge in room broken.
