It is hard to think of anything we liked because the major problems overshadowed our entire stay. Reception staff provide inconsistent information Reception staff were polite but rarely helpful. Different employees gave completely different answers to the same questions, and there seemed to be very little communication or coordination among them. We were repeatedly left confused about basic logistical matters. Dirty rooms and very poor maintenance The rooms were not properly maintained. Our first room had an air conditioner that was partially broken and leaking water, something the staff appeared to know about before assigning us the room. After changing rooms, we found that the second room's air conditioner was visibly dirty and appeared to contain mold. It raised serious concerns about whether routine maintenance and cleaning are carried out at all. Unsafe and poorly managed private beach The hotel's beach was dirty and poorly supervised. While nearby hotels restricted beach access to their guests and maintained clean, safe environments, this hotel appeared to allow local non-guests unrestricted access. During our stay, we witnessed local men harassing female hotel guests in the water, people leaving rubbish across the beach, and one evening even a physical fight that required police intervention. This is not an environment where families should be expected to relax or feel safe. Overall management is lacking Many of the issues we experienced—from hygiene and maintenance to customer service and safety—suggest poor management rather than isolated incidents. None of our concerns were handled professionally or resolved satisfactorily.

Perfect for want we were looking for. Great location to shops/restaurants. Lovely pool and slide Snack bar excellent for pizza, chips, salad, sandwich etc Beach lovely. Sea beautiful and so warm. Staff fantastic. Water fridge by entertainment area/beach brilliant Loved the various relaxing seating areas. Food (hot buffet) in main dining room was ok/good. Salad bar excellent Fruit excellent Deserts good selection Not a fan of the wine - too warm. Did seem to have a Lack of ice for drinks in general. Beer was nice. Also didn’t like the coffee/tea- just not my taste.

Location was amazing, the beach is beautiful and right next to the hotel and the Avsallar center is a walking distance away, where you can find many different shops. If you want to go to Alanya, the bus stop is really close to the hotel. Hotel aesthetics were nice, and especially the restaurant was very beautiful. The whole hotel area was pretty and I enjoyed spending time there. Animation team Aslı and Mert were exceptional, if you have children, they will like it here, because the activities were kid friendly and the mini disco every evening was nice. Evening shows were memorable. Food is really delicious and the variety is good. You definitely won’t have to be hungry in this hotel. Staff is really friendly and will help you if there is any problems or questions. Hotel room wasn’t really sound isolated, but I slept well in there anyways. Nothing to complain about.

We liked everything! The staff worked tirelessly hard in all areas of the hotel being always friendly, courteous and supportive. There was plenty of good selection of food and drinks throughout each day. We enjoyed a few evenings of disco and a thematical belly dancing evening. The beach was well equipped and looked after. The garden areas were very beautiful and inspirational. The town centre is round the corner with all the shops and pharmacies. We were particularly impressed with the professionalism and the top quality of massage provided by Aytach and Said in the spa centre based in the hotel. This would be the reason to come back next year! We would like to thank all the people working at Ramira Beach Hotel for our memorable stay. We loved our room with the sea view. Though, we found our bed mattresses quite hard/firm to our personal experience. Also, being at the sea front location among other hotels, you've got to be prepared to hear a lot of loud music from all kind events until midnight or sometimes longer. Still, this would not stop us to come again!

View was great. Good aircon Very noisy. Room was tiny. Requested a dbl bed but was given 2 singles - not comfortable

Great food, nice staff, beautiful beach with crystal clear water A pretty old hotel that needs renovation, some drinks just ended at some point, maybe cause it was the end of the season, no soundproofing whatsoever, we heard neighbors as if they were right in our room, couldn't get enough sleep because music stoped at 24 and noises from neighbors started like at 7

The beach was wonderful. The umbrellas were a bit old etc but the beautiful sandy beach with clear water compensation gor that. The food also was plenty and delicious. Some stuff was a a bit old. And the water in the shower wasn't going always easily. But nothing major. Our expectation was comfortable rather than luxury so we had a wonderful time. The one thing that was a bit annoying but not constant, was the sudden surge of loud music. The person doing the entertainment didn't seem to hear how loud he was putting the volume.

The staff is excellent, the location and the beach are fantastic! Pretty old building

Well foods, kind and smiley personel, good beach and sea, good location, cheap price, good massage personal, cute turtles in the garden and smiley gardener, short distance between rooms and beach. -There isn't any closed playground for children. it is really desirable for families with children. -The fence of children pool is a bit broken. It is not a big deal but should be fixed because of security. -Animation team was weak. -Snacks can be better.

Breakfast was good. Location is nice, travelling with shuttle from airport takes some time. Lunc and dinner was better last year

Staff and cleanliness of room were good. We recently stayed at The Ramira Beach Hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. From the moment we arrived, it became clear that the hotel is outdated and in serious need of renovation. The decor feels tired and worn, and the overall ambiance lacked the charm you’d expect from a holiday destination. The entertainment was another major letdown. It was poorly organized and lacked variety, leaving us bored most evenings. And when they did have music, it was played at an absurdly loud volume, blaring Russian or Turkish music until midnight, even with the balcony doors closed, it was unbearable. This made it nearly impossible to relax or get any sleep before then, which ruined the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. The food, however, was perhaps the biggest disappointment. It was consistently subpar, with limited options and poor quality. Nearly the exact same, flavourless food every time. We found ourselves dreading meal times due to the lack of flavor and variety. Adding to the frustrations, it seemed like we were getting ripped off left, right, and center the moment we would venture outside of the hotel. From overpriced drinks to additional charges for basic services, it felt like we were getting squeezed for every cent. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with our stay at The Ramira Beach Hotel and wouldn't recommend it to others. There are likely far better options in the area that offer better value for money, more enjoyable experiences, and a quieter, more relaxing atmosphere.

The staff and the food and the spa was excellent ? Everything, lift out of date, small rooms, a lot a noise through the night, banging doors all night and shouting,

The stuff was incredible, funny, entertaining and helpful in everything. We had a nice room with sea view. The view was incredible, only problem is that they have loud entertaiment from Monday till Saturday till midnight. If you are senior opt for a room further from the enetratinment. The food was delicious and all they non alcohol and alcohol beverages are available free of charge. You even do not have to pay for the sunbeds. The hotel is not the newest, but if full of enchanting community areas. My aunty got the best massage of her life from the massour, very proffesional. They give a very good value for money. I was thinking how they can manage to give such an incredible service is on this price. There could be space for improvement, if you want luxury do not opt for this hotel, however they give 150 %. But if you want to have a place where you feel comfortable, surrounded with lots of nice people, both stuff and guests (all age) with an excellent service, this will be the right choice for you. We left with warm heart and nice memories. The hospitability of these people melt my heart. Well, the evening music was too loud for us, but unfortunately it is the same in all hotel in the area.

Basically quite a good stay, i assume fully corresponds to its 4 stars we booked a sea-view room, in the description stated 20m2. In reality it has hardly 12m2, if you are with a kid, literally no place at all. After several days we approached the reception regarding this issue, and learned that absolutely all rooms in a sea-view building such small! Why it was almost 2 times smaller than described no one could give an answer. We were offered to change a room for a standard one (or to be precise ‚sea *side* view‘), in a different building. We changed, new room was really 20m2 as described (room - bigger, WC - bigger, balcony - bigger etc). Fazit: paid extra for sea view, finally landed in a standard one.
