Staff was so friendly, and almost all of them were speaking english, they were always willing to help and smiling, most importantly to mention Selen red haired girl works at beach snack bar, shes so professional and nice. Rooms are spacious and comfy and so clean Facilities are perfect, water park with heated pool, so many snack bars to choose from, tennis and football courts, even a mini golf court, all that was for free Food was so delicious and had a great variety location was great, next to the bazzar like 3 minutes walking and also you have the vibe of santorini and maldives at the same place. Nothing that I didnt like, but I can say night shows can be better and more variable, not the same theme.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon at Rubi Platinum Hotel & Spa—everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail truly made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Omer and Mehmet, the restaurant managers, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warmth and professionalism made every dining experience even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight the reception team, who were incredibly accommodating and always ready to help with a smile. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Highly recommended, and we hope to return one day!

The design of the hotel is beautiful. Most of the staff were friendly. The reception staff were wonderful and helped in everything to satisfy you. I was in room number 3501 and it was very wonderful with a very beautiful view. The food is very good quality but repetitive, there are large stones in the sea that are harmful but a little far away

Beautiful build of this hotel ! It’s truly very impressive! The only little - it’s the pool…. There is no enough lounges near the pool… or you have to get up 6/7am to get your space.

The choice of food was fantastic, and the choice of seating in the main restaurant was also great. If the outside was too hot, there were lots of lovely rooms indoors to eat which were air-conditioned. I also loved the patisserie and the seating outside of the bar in the evening was beautiful. I used the gym which was great, the beach and pool were amazing as well as the gardens, loved the waiter service on roller skates at the pool! Beautiful decor throughout the hotel. I was not that happy to have to pay extra for the other restaurants as this was not clear in the booking. Also the bistro at 15€ per person extra was not good value for money, the food tasty, but not worth that amount extra. Waiter service on the beach as well as the pool would have made everything perfect!
