Beautiful area, clean and airy rooms, excellent view, and great facilities

Amazing hotel in an amazing location and friendly staff.

Clean and spacious. Good location, great views. Nice breakfast with many options.

The view was beautiful and staff was friendly. The shower seemed a little dirty- maybe even mold.

Everything was amazing. I absolutely loved the welcome card they provided which was a lovely surprise. The view from the room was unbelievable. I enjoyed the pool even though it was not a large one. The breakfast was really good. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. In the breakfast buffet, it was disappointing not to have any meats except for pork which we don’t eat. The fitness area was extremely limited

the shower cabin was really small the breakfast was very poor, and some foods, like the croissant for example, seemed very old

The view is beautiful, the food is excellent and the service was courteous.

Simple breakfast which is so acceptable and good staff. Very good location , very quite and attractive Front rooms has best view of green fields and mountains. After rooms with limited view

Katherine at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Check-in late, around 23:00, the Sauna was still working. Very good facilities, dry sauna and an in door pool. Large room, equipped with everything needed. Super clean. Stay was too short :)

Would definitely choose to stay again

Everything is wonderful great location great people clean the rooms. They have everything inside from frying pans for forks knives cups everything. The shower cabine is a little bit too small but manageable.

The rooms were quite self sufficient and it was in a beautiful area with scenic views.

Good location Bus services available by 5 min walk. Dinner was really delicious and freshly prepared. Towels not available or kept near sauna room. I had to ask reception every time. Basic amenities like toothpaste was unavailable. No dental kit provided. Bathroom was a bit small Breakfast options were limited. No room slippers kept in the room. Only 2 separate single duvet provided, not sure why a double was not available for the room.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the breakfast room was amazing…the room was ok regarding the equipment and the welcome card was also very useful for us… The beds were horrible, after the first night my neck got stiff from it and it affected my stay also… the breakfast staff was nice but the receptionists were strange… all of them said different informations regarding the informations about the hotel… the bathroom was dirty in the shower it had black mold, the balcony was full of spiderwebs, and even though they came to clean every day the room, it was not cleaned properly for example on the bathroom floor we made it a little muddy and when we came back it was the same… we wanted half board but when we arrived the receptionist man told us that there is no option for that, it is a la carte… then we went to the restaurant and they asked us if we have half-board and every other guest had that option except us… so the dinner was pretty expensive for us…

Welcome: On arrival the staff at reception was over occupied due to shortage of staff. Sauna: Sauna opens at 4pm when guests are mostly out. Dishes: Dishes in the room were not clean and had the signs of use from previous occupancy. Breakfast: Boiled eggs in the breakfast looked to be stale and boiled from a previous day and were just warmed up as the Yolk was already a bit brown

At best it's okay.....hardly any staff and the ones that are there look miserable! Scruffy bar tender who I guess was the son of the receptionist, preferred to grunt rather than talk, looked about 14 . Pool is cold and not that clean. It's worth noting if you do visit with children that the "wellness" area is nudist. Your not told this at check in as there is no one to welcome you, tell you what floor your on or anything, just your key left on the desk. Food was okay. Comfy bed and a nice view. TV didn't work properly but again, no staff to inform them. It could be a super hotel but in my opinion it really has a long way to go.
