The self check-in was very easy and accessible and it was a good location. It’s a little outdated and the pillows could use an upgrade.

- The location was nice and the views are nice - The room was good, but with some quirks - Bakery very close by with great food and lots of room to eat breakfast - The shower door was completely broken at the bottom and not connected to any rails. When opening/closing the doors it feels like you break it off. - Drain stopper was missing in the sink - In the hallway there were tools on the floor and the ceiling was opened up with cables hanging out.

excellent view with the alps a bit of a haunted house vibe, wifi the worst i’ve seen, got there around midnight and no parking but i managed to park across the street at a supermarket parking lot. way to expensive for what it offers but it was the cheapest around for a night of sleep if you just cross austria

It's one of the worst hotels I've stayed in so far in Europe. I paid for a twin bed and was given a single bed, which was so soft I felt trapped by the mattress. Looked like a prison pretty much

Room needed batter vacuuming.

Good things: The room was comfortable, and if you're skiing then it's super handy for the ski bus up to Axamer Lizum that stops right outside. Entry and exit is automated and worked fine. There's a good bakery and a Spar opposite so it's easy to get breakfast stuff and snacks. The restaurant/bar downstairs is good value with big portions. Staying in/around Innsbruck entitles you to a Welcome card which gives you free public transport, among other perks. I first enquired about how to get the card three weeks before my stay. I didn't receive it until the morning of the second day. I was told I'd need to check in with all details of all room occupants before it was sent, when in fact I just received one card with my name (which they'd had for a month) and my email (which they'd had for a month). So: why the delay? There is no staff: everything is done online via chat, and there doesn't seem to be much communication between the various people that answer. We paid for breakfast, but breakfast is at the restaurant downstairs and there's clearly been some kind of falling out because they weren't offering breakfast when we stayed. The property didn't tell us: we learned this from the restaurant staff when we eating there on the first night. I was offered a refund, which I'm yet to receive. When I went to check out online the system wouldn't let me unless I paid for the outstanding breakfasts. So I couldn't check out, and I just kind of left. Cleanliness of the room was okay rather than good. There were a lot of flies in the room, and the shower drain was partially blocked. Both chairs in the room were dodgy. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice balcony. The rooms are nice and big. Overall the accommodation was not the highlight of this break.

There wasn't refrigerator and Microwave in the room. Please do better next time
-
Doors not closing, tap is running, sometimes no parking place.
-
Location and the calm and quiet. No elevator. I had to carry a heavy suitcase all the way up.
-
Good value and easy check in done easily through your phone.

The location

No staff present at the property makes it difficult to have conversations when you’re a tourist who doesn’t have a local SIM to make calls. The requests are not entertained over chats. No breakfast and no luggage storing facilities made our stay even more inconvenient.

No basic facilities like water kettle and coffee

- spacious room - self check in: please stop this!!! people need human contact. leave this to low cost hotel chains, but here you should have someone available. plus, this online system might be challenging for seniors who do not master technology - i understand the restaurant is closed but at least foresee a coffee machine or kettler. Also, it s summer time with 30 degrees, offering a small bottle of water in the room should be common courtesy - the towels in the room are old, consumed, and small. no towel for shower - overall, this experience is a disappointment, and is what i call "make money without sweating". perhaps it s low season for the hotel mgmt, but it s not for all people who were looking forward to having nice holidays here. they also deserve very good service, especially when the bill to pay is that expensive
