Location. 1. Boiling hot rooms in summer. Very uncomfortable. No air conditioning. Property don’t provide standing fan. 2. No kettle in the room to heat water or make coffee. 3. Rooms are old and in need of maintenance.

Room was clean and spacious, staff was extremely friendly, parking onsite, and within walking distance of stores for necessities. Last minute booking, staff was out from 1500-1700 so I had to wait in my car to check-in. A refrigerator would have been nice. Location is tight, so getting to the site is not always convenient. Outside of that, great location.

Service Room was very basic. No fridge no electric jug no nothing. Pillows were old and awful

The hotel was located just next to the skiing area. Breakfast was gut. Staff was nice and friendly. Beds were a bit old and used.

Hotel was about what I expected for the price. Check-in was easy, however I did arrive at the hotel during their available times. They are only available for check-in between 07:45-11:00 and 17:00-22:00 I believe. This made it difficult for other guests which I noticed. I don’t remember seeing these check-in times listed when I booked the hotel, either. The view is beautiful and the neighborhood is perfectly lovely. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk away and there is a grocery store nearby as well. The staff was accommodating and very kind. My room was nice and just what I expected when booking. I was traveling as a solo female and felt safe and comfortable!

Very reachable from the city and the hotel was very clean

Parking lots are always full. The walls and doors are very thin throughout the hotel, so you can hear people walking in the hallways right outside your door.

Comfortable Outside Innsbruck

The staff was nice, very kind people. Not really clean... Disappointing breakfast. Also it doesn´t really stay in Innsbruck, but a bit far away.

Courtesy of the stuff and ability to meet our needs. Able to park and proximity to downtown. Breakfast was included. Bed was not as comfortable, but good enough.

It was clean and the food was good. Most of the staff was friendly. It took 10 minutes to have warm water in the shower and the whole bathroom smelled like sewage. I tried to pour some water in the drains but that didn't seem to work.

It has a pool and grear sauna. Everything you need to chill There wasn't any place to hang a towel.

Only 10 Minuten to Innsbruck by Car , nice Mountain view from the hotel ! Friendly Staff , good food ! The Hotel could use some New Carpet in the rooms and hallways !
