Food was ok, but not top quality. Breakfast was pretty poor. Coffee, juice cheap Metro stuff.

It was clean and comfortable with ample parking. Lovely room with a patio to sit on. The administration and services etc were provided by Hotel Edelweiss about 100 metres away and it was strange to see the common areas of the ClubHotel in darkness but it works. Probably different in winter. Meals at Hotel Edelweiss were good and well priced. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nothing

Location was great. No noise, clear sky view with great balcony. Breakfast was beyond terrible. There was so little amount of option, no hygiene (including their staff).

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and had a nice view of the alps One more pillow in the bed

Good location in Götzens. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean. Our room was in a separate building from the main hotel (where meals were served) that felt straight out of 1960s DDR/East Germany. Plenty of food but middling quality.

The price was acceptable for highest season. Easy to get to Autobahn and close to airport and Innsbruck, bakery very close, ski rental 5 min drive at lift. 60-90 min to 3000 Meter plus glaciers. Easy to get on Autobahn to go over Brenner Pass to Italy. In main house offer for reasonable additional charge breakfast and a 3-course dinner. Entry area is dead. All reception services at sister hotel 3 min away. No elevator - room on second floor was a hike. Sauna small and quickly got full. Steam room not on.Swimming pool small with water rather cold. A few families let their kids be loud in rooms and in the hall starting at 6:00 AM. Service staff mostly did not understand English or German and it took long to be able to order drinks.

Great location and super friendly staff. Just what we needed to relax, eat and sleep between multiple days of skiing?

Staff were very talkative and helpful Breakfast was very good with lots of food options Pool and sauna available which we didnt have time to use we stayed in the annex hotel which was 2 mins walk away and had a decent size room with nice views Bar was closed when we got in at 22.00 Bit dated but otherwise fine

Location - outside our main goal (Innsbruck), but with a good public transport - bus every 20 minutes. That came with the opportunity to have great views of the mountain from our terrace including sunrise and sunset of the August's Sun. We appreciated very much the Innsbruck Welcome Card which extended our experience in a way we couldn't afford otherwise. Very friendly staff, open for communication and help. Our room was kept clean and tidy every day. Maybe it should be made more obvious and clear that it's a part of Edelweiss hotel situated nearby and the place where the reception, breakfast and other facilities are located. But actually this is not a problem at all.

There was a dead moth on the bed. The sheets had holes and the breakfast was kind of empty. It didn't have any good taste.

nothing No one to check-in at the hotel. Told the hotel I was allergic to mould beforehand and the room received on arrival was one of the recently refurbed rooms but it was in another building area to the main hotel. Rooms were not great even though refurbed. I could not stay in this building due to mould and had to leave. Could not contact any hotel staff member until 5pm where they offered me another room in the hotel after waiting for 5 hours. Unfortunately had the same experience and reaction so had to find alternative accommodation. The hotel then only offered a 50% refund so ended up paying hundreds to not even stay in the hotel. Have still to even receive the partial refund.!

Ideal location for exploring the surrounding area, situated in a small village just above Innsbruck, with a regular bus service nearby. Very quiet hotel. Room very comfortable, with a balcony to admire the mountain views. Breakfast and reception was in the nearby sister hotel. Breakfast was very good and plentiful with lots of choice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The included Innsbruck card with special offers was a bonus. This was a return visit and we hope to be back again in the future. Nothing, really enjoyed our stay.
