The room was spacious and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed playing on the terrace with our daughter, and the breakfast was also nice. We would 100% go back. Nothing, the stay was perfect.

We liked how responsive the staff was. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent but not many options for picky kids Bathroom door didn’t lock. There were no shelves inside the shower

We had room 204 which had a lovely view of the mountains from jacuzzi and bedroom. The breakfast was lovely! Very convenient bus stop to middle of old town and to train station - takes about 15 minutes. Enjoyed the goats next door. The wifi in this room was almost non-existent. We had to walk around room with laptop to connect - only got a little reception from dresser which was quite awkward. The shower is not good for older people with balance issues. There is nothing to hold onto, soap needs to be on floor and shower is very slippery. When attempting to use washer and dryer in basement ask for instructions first (need some english instructions in basement for US customers). I put it on hot water and it took 3 hours to complete cycle. I was told it could not be stopped. I set dryer to 1 1/2 hours and my things were not dry.

It was cozy and comfortable from the room to the breakfast and staff. It was decorated like a home and lovely. This was a last minute pick as we were tired from driving but I’d definitely come again. The staff were so friendly and everyone wore smiles. That’s a win in my book! Nothing. It’s about five minutes off the highway if that matters but we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely view from the room, which was large and comfortably furnished. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Supermarket within easy walking distance. Easy to get the bus into the centre, taking 20-25 mins to the railway station. Maybe it was the timing of my trip (late-ish Sept), but most of the local Gotzens eateries seemed to be shut.

Good location for downtown. The records and record player in the room were nice. Parking has to be reserved ahead of time. There was no door on the bathroom, just a curtain, which was fine but a bit awkward. The room was a bit warm but they did have a portable fan.

Nothing was there to like the rooms were smelly and not worth the money paid . The room was not up to the mark , the breakfast spread was not adequate , the heaters were not working in the room . And the list goes on !!

Location, playroom for the children Room was a jumble of things, too many and unnecessary things, no space for the luggage. Size very small and we even booked a Junior Suite! Not particularly clean either, I had to wash the tub before using. Jacuzzi was not working. We were a family of 4 and we got just 1 big towel! No black curtains to shade from the light in morning… Not worth the money sadly
