the price and the bus station was exactly at our doorstep We booked a quadruple room and we got a double , there were ants everywhere , if you are taller than 1,80m you don t fit in the bed , there is no bus to take you to the airport , you have to take the bus to the centre then take the subway to the airport , we tried to contact the property via booking but noone picked up , the property agreed with our 21:00 pm check in and when we arrived at 21:00 at the location we waited half an our for someone to show us to our room witch how i said earlyer was the wrong one

Mini fridge did not work, host arrived late and was rude during my stay.

It’s great

The location was beautiful and about a 45 minute walk to the airport. And 7 minutes by car. For the price, it's a good option for a night's stay before a flight. When we arrived there was no one at the reception and we waited with another passenger for about fifteen minutes. If you want to go to the airport from here. A taxi costs about 30 euros. And there is no direct bus to the airport, you have to take a bus to the city center first and then another bus to the airport, which takes about an hour in total.

The owner took additional 20€ as I checked in 2 am

It was clean It's no communication at all so first of all check in time is from 19:30 we arrived at 20:00 and waiting 38min in front of gates because nobody replies to the messages and don't explained how to get in. Keys from all rooms aren't secure just on the wall in the reception ( it's no staff in reception) definitely that place to stay people choosing only for the airport but in that place you can't find a taxi numbers or anything else how to get a taxi to the airport. During the night doors are locked and also it's 0 communication how to get out. We have a night flight so we choose to stay in this place because of location and we was planning to have at least 5 hours sleep but we don't get in our room on the time I need to call 5 times until finally someone pick the phone. So in generally our stay in that place was 3 hours. So I can say it's kind of expensive stay 45e for 3 hours. By the way bed was broken so how people can sleep like that? It's worthless stay. Oh also I do not understand how it works those city tax in first place where we was stay it was 2 e per person, here was 3e so they ask as much as they want or want ? third part is that they need to inform before because not everyone carrying cash and it's no cash machines around the place the nearest are in 2km from the place

It was clean and with bathroom, close to a delicious restaurant It was cold, window couldn’t be closed properly and generally heating wasn’t working well
-
I wish I knew before I booked the stay, that checking in after 11 pm is gonna cost me €20. The one night stay became more expensive.

Convience if being Closer to the airport and the host is jolly. More Toiletries expected

Room is fine, clean enough if you don’t look in the corners. Location is convenient for an early flight from the airport. Pretty cheap so didn’t expect the Ritz, about the quality you would expect for the price. Nothing terrible. The kitchen staff from the restaurant below are quite loud, some hammering in the early hours of the morning and playing music out of phones in the corridor which disturbed our sleep

The bathroom was renovated. A lot of stairs and no lift. Waited half an hour with no staff to check in—someone only showed up after my phone call. It's very far from Bergamo and a definite NO if you're planning to go to the airport overnight and early morning, as there are no operating buses and no reliable taxis available due to its extremely remote location (read Google Taxi Bergamo Official reviews). The owner takes a commission and sends other drivers, charging €30 for an overnight airport taxi for just 4 km. No easy way to walk to the airport either. Be aware, there’s no other reliable taxi service around. He knows you need his help with the airport, so he takes advantage and overcharges as much as possible. Also it took several weeks to get a response on booking from him.

The bathroom was a decent size, clean and good pressure on the shower. Not too far from the airport and a bus stop just on the main road to get to the train station to get to the centre of Milan. The fridge in the room was full of dirt and behind it was filthy. The was no toilet paper in the room on arrival and there was nobody around to provide any. The walls were paper thin and you could hear if anyone moved.

When I arrived there, they saying they don’t have my room anymore and was 23:00 hours!

The taxi from the airport was reálný good because we arrived at 2 a.m. due to delay. The bus stop was around the corner because we were heading to Milano for some days. The hotel was comfortable really nice and warm? Nothing
