Wifi signal very weak

The walk to the airport was only 20 min which was easy for me, as I had to be there in an early hour. There were restaurants. The front desk was friendly and there is a grocery store very close to the hotel. I needed to use the space to not only stay one night before a flight, but also to work my remote job in the meantime. Unfortunately, the wifi was so weak in the room, only one bar, and broke in and out of service constantly. This made it very difficult to do my work. A lot of working professionals stay in hotels near airports and use the space to work, so this hotel should work on improving their wifi signal.

The receptionist didn't speak English. The breakfast selection was poor.

Conveniently close to the airport, making it a practical and comfortable choice for a one-night stay. There isn’t much to do in the area if you have spare time, and while the rooms are a bit dated, they were clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was that, despite my early check-out request, the takeaway breakfast I asked for wasn’t prepared, even though breakfast was included. It would have been a thoughtful touch that showed more attention to detail.

Air conditioner wasn’t working, was quite warm during my stay. It’s the only thing. Otherwise all good.

Comfortable room, whole place was immaculately clean, and the owner and the lady who served breakfast were exceptionally nice. As a single woman I felt very safe there.

Plain and simple but really comfortable, clean, and friendly. The two staff (owner and mother?) I met were extremely kind and friendly. The rooms were spotless and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was pastries and coffee with all the usual jams, Nutella, etc. If I had to overnight near Bergamo airport again I would definitely return to Hotel Cascata. Everything was good.

The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The rooms are very dated, especially the bathroom I feel could do with a revamp. The breakfast is just some pastries and tea/coffee/juices. No hot meal or cereals offered.

The guy at the reception was very welcoming. Explained everything. Location is great if you have an early flight - 20 min walk to the airport, so I arrived, checked in and had a wonderful day in Bergamo (easy to get there by bus). The bus stop is almost in front of the hotel.
