Excellent, helpful front desk staff The room was spartan, the bed uncomfortable and it was very noisy from traffic. We only had one towel between the 2 of us and there was no coffee machine as advertised.

Jose the head of staff was very accommodating and he even alerted me on how to take a collectivo to get to xul-ha, however no sheets! no sheets for my bed, the property was to close the highway

The hotel is located in very close proximity to the main highway through town. The large truck traffic continues all night, making sleep impossible.

What I like about the hotel is that it is close to a restaurant, gas station and a grocery shop. It is like 15mins from the centro and the area seems pretty safe. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the internet is not that great.
