There is no fridge or cooking facilities. Also no real direction on what restaurants would be close or worth going to. Staying in the non lagoon view rooms did mean the road was directly behind us so a little noisy but you get what you pay for in that respect.

I was robbed while I was there. I don’t get cleaning services in order to protect my privacy and my passport. My diamond engagement ring was removed from the room, and the inner sizer on the ring was removed. They also took my diamond. Studded rose gold cross necklace. when I complained my diamond engagement ring was returned to me, but the inner size is gone. The receptionist was very lackadaisical about my missing jewelry. I had to implore upon her to contact the manager. Once the manager got involved, my ring was returned without the inner sizing. The housekeepers all have keys to all the rooms.

The location on the lagoon is beautiful. Upon check-in, the property had a strong sewage smell throughout. The room was visibly dirty and poor sanitation (stains on towels, ripped pillow cases, etc). The listing advertised a refrigerator, minibar, and high-speed internet, but the room had none of these amenities. The internet was only 7mbps, which is not high-speed. The cleanliness and condition of the space did not match the listing description at all. I had to contact Booking.com immediately and check out within 30 minutes because the room was unsuitable for staying. The property's only response was offering to place a mini fridge in the room, which did not address the core issues of cleanliness and the multiple missing amenities that were promised in the listing.

The location is really good, and the view in the morning is amazing. The staff was beyond kind, we asked them several questions about where to go to eat, what to do, etc and they didn’t hesitate to have us all the info. The room was clean as well. I felt a bit misguided. The room looked different from the pictures. It was not as big as it showed, organized differently and with a different bed. It was factors that made me choose this hotel over other ones but in general, it was pretty ok.

The view on the lagoon was lovely. The room had a terrible chemical smell. The bed was very small and uncomfortable, only 2 very flat/worn out pillows for the bed. The wifi did not work. We had to find somewhere else to stay because it was not comfortable.

Service, the view, everyone super friendly. Really enjoyed our stay!

I liked that my daughter and I were the only ones there because it was off-season for tourism. The whole place was emptywhich i like. I was the only tenant, but they put me in a room where the AC was broken. The door was busted, and there were 3 long windows that wouldn't lock. So, here I am with my daughters in a room with no safety. Plus, the mattress was filthy. I slept sitting up, super uncomfortable. I wanted to crawl out of my skin. I called the office, and they moved me to a much nicer place, which made me wonder why they didn't just give me that room from the start. is mot like there were no rooms. I stayed for 2 weeks, and the workers were a bit much. One day, I was on my way out, and one of them asked if I was leaving. I didn't think anything of it, just politely said yes. He asked for the key. I was confused. I realized he thought I was leaving without checking out They had way too much time on their hands. If someone's leaving, they know to drop off the key and remote at the office. Anyway, the staff just kept doing little things like not cleaning the room. things that made my stay uncomfortable, and I was only there in the evenings to sleep and in the mornings on my way out. there are better places to stay.DONT RECOMMEND

The place is about out of the city center. We choose here to be stay mire in the relax area. No crowded. But it’s not far. The taxi is 70ps and it comes fast. The city is cool.. cute. But we preferred to stay here and we extended our stay till the end. The beds are small.. we have the apartment Upstairs. Its name is ballesta. With good lagoon views and there is jacuzzi in the balcony. We still didn’t use. The place is comfortable. The only thing I can say is the bed is not big enough for a couple. But we managed . The staffs are so friendly. And we have coffee and a simple toast in the morning. Overlay we are happy here .

The air conditioning worked excellently. There’s a friendly cat on the property. The lakeside area itself was beautiful, though some of the dock boards weren’t nailed down—step on the wrong spot and they pop up, so it’s a gamble. Our room was attached to the garage/utility area, and it showed. The only lighting was harsh blue overhead fluorescents—no lamps, so everything had this institutional feel. Cleanliness was an issue. Clods of dirt and who knows what else in the shower window, the sink faucet covered in someone else’s toothpaste spit. They’re using urinal cakes as air fresheners, which is exactly as weird as it sounds. A day later, our stuff still smells like urinal cakes—not exactly the souvenir you want from a lakeside getaway. The bathroom was barely functional. Hot water shut off at the sink, toilet wouldn’t flush properly without opening the tank to manually trigger it, and showers were cold. Their room change policy is exploitative. They don’t offer refunds for unused nights, and they charge extortionate rates to switch rooms—well above what’s reasonable. They quoted us a price higher than what Booking.com showed for the available better room, then added extra “room change taxes” on top because we sat on the bed while deciding to stay or not. If you book one of the bad suites, they really have you trapped. Given this exploitative policy, I didn’t want to give them more money—it left a bad taste in my mouth. If you need to switch rooms, try to go through your booking agency instead. Getting to town means walking on a dark four-lane highway with no sidewalk and semi-trucks flying past. Not safe or pleasant, and definitely not something you want to attempt after dark. To be fair, I saw other rooms that looked much nicer. Your experience here might vary wildly depending on which room you get. But I can only review what I experienced, and this one was rough. Non-lakeview suites should be priced much lower given the condition and location.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

On the lake with sup and canoes! There also is a decent swimming pool. Rooms were basic but clean, staff was very friendly and helpful! the airfreshners in the room were way too much! bathroom was outdated but fully functioning.

I don't like to see or smell mold and it's pretty inevitable on a waterfront property. My room was literally on the water. And I'd go back to it in spite of this minor complaint.

Very dirty

A peaceful stay right on the lagoon. Was nice waking up and being able to watch the sunrise from our bed. A short 5 minute drive to the city center. Good value for the price. Staff was pleasant and set up our boat tour. Secure parking. WiFi good. Not much to complain about. Breakfast was simple, coffee and toast, but no biggie.
