Good value for your money eu and very clean room! The breakfast, the idea is good although the execution is poor. It’s basically 2 pieces of sliced bread, a small butter (not enough for the both slices) and a yogurt.

Beautiful location, stunning gardens, quiet, peaceful, and wonderful hosts.

Location was top! Just outside of Bacalar centre in your own private piece of jungle. Small, private hotel rooms

We really enjoyed our stay at Maison Bacalar. The property and gardens were very cute. The room was spacious, light, airy and functional and very clean. It had a large and very comfortable bed with cotton sheets. A very powerful shower. We really appreciated the coffee maker and the terrace was lovely. Flor gave us the best recommendations for eating out and things to do in Bacalar and the room was cleaned every day. Overall great value. The location is a bit out of town. We enjoyed the walk.

it was a very well maintained apartment with a high quality bed, the best I slept in during my 3 weeks in Mexico. the staff communicated clear, pleasant and swift and was very helpful. initially I thought to arrive at 4pm but it turned out to be 4am. we were let into a better room than we booked for without extra charge or hassle. so grateful! nice tips for trips and restaurants. this is the kind service one hopes for when booking! no negatives I can think of!

The place is beautifully designed. Flor, the manager, is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the walk to Bacalar was nice. A great experience overall.

The road to get to the hotel is in really bad condition and dangerous at night.

Away from the town but right at the lagoon and surrounded by lush greenery, so you can wake up to the sounds of birds. Surroundings are beautifully decorated but private area is quite limited to the room and a balcony, there is no garden space. Staff is very quick to respond and helpful with anything one needs including tips, arranging sailing trip.

It’s very clean modernly furnished appartaments with a little kitchen space outside, own comfy bathroom, lots of windows, treaces both down and upstairs, walking distance to the city. Everything was perfect

The place is very pretty and the staff helpful! If you don’t have a car you have to always take a taxi for everything. The road isn’t perfect
