The hotel is super clean and the staff super helpful and friendly. It is about a 15 min walk to main area of town , but 5 min walk is a beach club (Carmelita) which you pay 200mxn and you can enjoy the pool, lagoon entrance, chairs etc and they give you a towel. I loved it.

Everything was great! The value of this hotel was wonderful, better than I expected given the price. The staff were wonderful. Stephy was sweet and super helpful and even helped us pick a quieter room, since I am a light sleeper. Carlos was also very helpful organizing taxis for us - all around great stay! Walking distance to a nice beach club, and 30 minutes from the center, with an easy path that walks alongside the laguna!

Everything great Hard to find on highway

The Hotel is quite beautiful and full of antiques, it feels like a walk into history and complete world apart from the outside. The 24h coffee station is a wonder. The pool is quite small, bugs and mosquitoes in the room and distance to town center is a bit far and due to it's closeness to the highway you can hear the noise of the trucks passing by.

I really liked this hotel, perfect location, nice facilities and the staff is super nice. The price was very fair, I do recommend this hotel in the beautiful Bacalar.

The hotel and the service is simply amazing, everyone is so friendly and the location is superb. I do recommend this hotel to everyone, they offer different type of coffees and there is a fridge with juices and sodas. The rooms, the pool, everything is perfect. Clean and nice hotel. Staff was very friendly. This hotel is not in the center and not next to lagoon.

The hotel itself was beautiful and stylish. The staff was super friendly. There was air conditioning and a fan. The shower worked properly, with warm water and good pressure. Our room also had a quite large balcony where we could just sit in the evenings The hotel was far from the city, and there were no places to stroll around nearby. The entrance road to the hotel was in very poor condition. The safe in the room couldn't lock. The hotel did not have a bar or the option to even buy soft drinks. The TV in our room was not working.

This boutique hotel was a hidden gem! We loved the small and quaint feel while still having all the amenities needed and more! Would absolutely stay here again. It is on the outskirts of town and thus we found some restaurents we probably wouldnt have visited had we not stayed on this side of town! It is a bit far from the town centre, therefore if you dont have a mode of transportation (i.e a car or bike) then you will have to either walk (30 mins) or call a taxi

Really nice hotel, room was big and comfortable, decoration was made with lot of taste, it was really clean pool is smaller than on the pictures location is a little bit far by walk to reach downtown, we didn’t have towels at the beginning, and no bath carpet
