We absolutely loved the Badalona area and the hotel's views were spectacular. The facilities in the property were great. Walking down the beach and dining in the restaurants were very convenient as well. Our room was extremely warm and maintenance came to try to fix the issue but it wasn't resolved. At one point, our room reached 28 degrees C. We tried closing our room darkening drapes while we were out which helped but while we were in the room, we wanted to enjoy the views.

The view and the size of the room Everything else 1st staff is really Rude and they talk to each other in Spanish about you so you wont understand The hotel was clearly not fully booked and they refused to let us check in early No water in the rooms as family of 4 only 1 water bottle was given complimentary through 3 days of stay Its unorganized you need to collect towels from the 2nd floor and go to pool on 14th which is not convenient unless you are staying on 2nd floor Its not directly on the beach , doesnt have private beach access so value for money is low !!

Great location and friendly staff Some things in our room did not work properly. Breakfast at the hotel was very expensive.

Very nice , clean and modern. Nice breakfast. Nice view of the marina.

The staff was very helpful. Paul at the front desk was very engaging. He helped make an ordinary stag at a hotel into a memorable experience. Hotel is a bit out of the old city removed from the charm but was worth the drive for comfort and view of the harbor and downtown.

Staff was very unkind

We were at the 13th floor and during the night there was some noise, maybe from the rooftop's swimming pool engine or the AC, not sure... nothing too loud, but could definitely be improved.

WOW!! From the moment we pulled up I knew that this hotel was going to exceed our expectations, The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The room BEYOND what was expected. We had a view of the marina and what a treat it was to wake up seeing the sea and the pink/orange rays from the rising sun. The room was super clean. The room was stocked with a kettle, teas and coffee. There was also a mini fridge with snacks and beverages for fees. The room, view, bed, shower and cleanliness was a negative ONLY because I never wanted to leave the room. During our short stay I really wish I could have cloned myself so that I could have been in 4 places at once. The shower is massive, super strong water pressure and hot water. NOTE-if you are a bit modest you will have to have whoever is with you step out during your shower or sit in the hall since there is a glass window with a roll down shade. The gym is excellent BUT is not open 24 hours so if you want to have a workout you will have to check out the hours. It is in the wellness center (aka Spa) The rooftop pool has an incredible view as well. Next door to the hotel is a Mercadona (grocery) and there are several places to eat. The walk to the Metro is about 10-15 minutes. The ride into Barcelona only has one transfer. I would (and will) come back here again. There is a parking lot that you can use with the hotel but will have to pay for since it is not included with the room fee BUT it right on property and is in/out. Having to leave.

Great staff. Super clean. Not having AC in a room without a window is a killer. It was extremely hot. I wouldn’t stay there during the winter because hotels on Spain turn off AC in winter. Absolutely nuts in the age of climate change. AC is offered not to all and controlled from front desk. I would have been a happy camper if I had good AC in room. I had a sleepless night because I literally "baked" all night. Too hot. It took away from everything else right about the place.

Very chic and stylish. Location was beautiful.

The location and staff The room was tiny, we could barely open the suitcase. The toilet set up is inconvenient travelling as a family: there is no wall between bathroom and bed, just a glass and a non opaque curtain. You can see everything from both sides, whatever one is doing in the toilet and the light if someone is asleep. It also smelled like humidity, maybe air conducts obstructed - I don’t know, but it didn’t smell fresh. And also little things you wouldn’t expect from a hotel that costs the amount of money this one costs: broken handle in a wardrobe, huge separation between the two beds (even though it was supposed to be a queen bed), bumpy wooden floors, and also we asked for a shaving kit and brought us a toothbrush instead.
