Location and price Unlike the room description there is no iron, kettle or safe in the room, which is fine tho i understand its a budget room but what i didnt like is that in my room the balcony doors lock was broken and balcony’s are connected with other rooms(only a glass seperares the balcony’) so it didnt feel safe.

The furniture and the bathroom are worn out. if the hotel renovated them, it would be significantly better.

The smell in the room was awful

Let’s be honest - it’s not the best hotel in the city. But if you’re looking for a reasonable priced place with comfortable bed, basic but good amenities, and convenient location - that’s the place. We spent 4 days there and everything was great. We were sleeping well, and grtting to the center in less than half an hour. The coffee in the restaurant was great, and the balcony in the room was a very nice surprise. The doors and walls weren’t well soundproofed but it was still okay. The hotel is quite far from the center, but public transportation in this area works very well - so no issues.

staff, location, clean

Not sleeping well for 2 nights due to two different guests' disturbances. No amenities like water, coffee, tea or a kettle in the rooms.

Location was close to metro for transportation and breakfast was decent but repetitive. Bed was hard and Shower water was scorching, no laundry services were available even though the room had a flyer behind door with laundry accommodations. Our room key kept getting unprogrammed so we kept having to ask for assistance to get access.

At a moment it was under construction and unfortunately not all stuff members spoke English

Staff was super friendly, and they really did their best with a smile and courtesy. The hotel itself is easily accessible by metro and by tram. There is also a huge parking lot nearby, but it seems mostly busy. It is not easy to find another affordable hotel in Barcelona, and the staff in this hotel was nicer than in another 4* hotel that I stayed in a year ago. In summary, because of the staff and convenient connections, I would stay longer if I could :) The room is not bad for an inexpensive hotel, but the bathroom would need some refreshing.

I was overcharged by the property for city tax, despite booking's guarentee of final price. Room was dark, there was no light on the ceilings, only on the walls and one of the bulb was not working.

Staff was friendly and helpful, they have a little bar/cafe with an outdoor terrace area which was nice to relax and have a drink. Room was clean, and comfortable (albeit on the smaller side).
