Location close to the beach and within walking distance of two metro stations. Easy access to the airport by taxi or public transport. Nice breakfast but protein options should be re/considered. Lots of sweet stuff such pastries, cakes and so on for those who enjoy sweet food in the morning. Swimming pool in the roof terrace with nice views over the city. Gym on the ground floor. Staff in reception were always very attentive and accommodating. They even allowed us to check out 2 hours after official 11:00 am time. Swimming pool is rather small for such a huge building. Staff in the breakfast dining room should be more friendly and attentive

The rooftop pool and bar were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at check in were incredibly rude and dismissive. I had messaged and emailed prior to our stay asking about parking and was sent generic replies that didn’t answer my questions. When we arrived and needed to park our car- my friend was in the car waiting to get parking instructions. They said she needed to come in to register before even giving us parking instructions (and there was nowhere to park on the street because of a busy festival nearby). I booked a one bedroom with a pullout couch which clearly states “the room has 2 beds”. It only had one bed and they gave us an extraordinarily hard time about using the sofa bed in the room we booked because we “didn’t tell them ahead of time”. I watched another employee give a guest towel cards for the pool and had to explicitly ask for ours since he seemed disinterested in providing any assistance.

Very nice accommodations, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Paulo was awesome in the rooftop restaurant. They were great with allowing us late check out and storing our bags. Pool was a little small and very busy. Not right in the main downtown centre but close to metro station.

I love how close it was to downtown however I don’t necessarily like the area itself. The underground is only 7 minutes walk though.

Clean. The facilities seem new or at least well-maintained. Nice view from the rooftop. Cafe in the ground floor is good and has friendly staffs. It’s quite a distance to the train station and you will pass by some sketchy area when walking to and from the hotel. Hotel staffs are a bit unfriendly which is strange for me, as I have so many friends/colleagues from Spain and they’re all very friendly.

Great location, within walking distance of the beach and easy access to the city centre by public transport near the hotel. Grocery store located near the hotel. 17th floor excellent. Rooftop pool and restaurant with amazing city views Delicious breakfast. Comfortable clean room Guests must wash used dishes or risk a €100 fees. We only used two glasses, but felt pressured to open the cleaning kit to clean them, since Housekeeping did not remove or replace the used glasses the next day. No coffee machine in the room, only a kettle. The kettle’s cord was very short, making it inconvenient to use.

Hotel staff (likely cleaning staff) looked through our wallets and copied down ALL our credit cards. We then received multiple fraudulent transaction attempts. When hotel staff was notified, they did not do anything.

The pool could be heated, which makes sense for spring and autumn.

Not much to dislike! One very small thing was that the shower glass doesn't extend very far, so there would always be quite a bit of water pooling on the bathroom ground after showering. Not a huge deal, but it could get a bit slippery
