They should hire more recepcionists!!!

Location was good, felt safe. When I showered the water would not drain fats enough and go under the floor tiles. Bed was very hard.
-
It was a great place to stay, easy to get to the metro, buses, and tram it was perfect for the price and location
-
Room was clean comfortable, equipment with small kitchen , small bathroom. Beds are comfy. Cafeteria is definitely plus.. Bufet breakfast is for reasonable price with good variety of food . AC in our room did not work our first night. Receptionist did everything to help us. We got new rooms for rest of our stay .

Loved the place, the only downside was that the bed was a little small for two people but besides that this place was am

Rooms were spacious and all had air conditioning & private bathrooms. Kitchen and fridge were a nice touch. Some rooms had issues with A/C and water pressure and was a bit out of the city centre however was good value for money

TV is needed at the rooms, also the AC must be more cooler, there’s hotter in bcn

The location was great ? everything are very close (Beach, grocery shopping mall metro). I will come back here for sure next time. Gracias ❤️❤️

Close to metro station and walking distance from beach. Rooms was good, clean and modern The toiletries provided can be improved

I was first assigned a room without shutters or curtains so I had no privacy and was going to wake up when the sun came up. However, staff was able to assign me a new room. Kitchen is not well-equiped but I managed. Felt safe walking back from the Forum because I was attending a festival with a lot of people but got warned by taxi drivers that the area overall is unsafe

Really nice little studio with a basic kitchenette, clean and modern. I loved having a microwave! The shower was very good, and the main room had a lot of light. Also, I totally loved that there was a gym in the building, this was incredibly useful to me! - There was not enough light in the bathroom - I either didn't find how to switch on the lamp above the mirror, or it didn't work. - The mattress on the bed was a bit hard, but it worked for me.

Location and staff were great Doors slam all night! I could not sleep for a full 1 hour for the whole night. Each time a door closes in the floor, the whole floor is shaking making crazy loud noise that woke me up every few minutes. This was Saturday and I guess guests were parting coming in late. What an awful experience. Will never come back.

Private room, pretty new, easy to access Not completely clean. Windows didn’t open completely. Air conditioning wasn’t working during my stay

The person that was staying at the desk at night was very kind. He was the security guard i think. Lovely gentelman. Its very clean. Was close to where i needed to be (but it is not too close to the interest points). Very nice place with pool and cafeteria (you need to pay obviously, but its good that it has one). It has a supermarket right next to it and a mall also 3min walk from there. Beach nearby as well. The bed was very hard.

You cannot use the window properly. If you remove the curtain, you won't have any privacy because the room is visible to others.

10 min. Walk from Conference I attended at CCIB . Mininatket nextdoor. 1. No kettle. 2. Window opens into room and is in the way. Cannot open a bit and keep it slightly open. 3. Shower temperature - very difficult to control too cold or too hot. 4. Noisy late into the night. 5.my blind did not have pully - a guy came but did not fix in the end

It was very clean and great for one night. The ac was not on yet until May so it was very hot when we got to the room. We had to sleep with the windows completely open and it can get loud since it’s a campus but it didn’t bother us.

Cheap and good quality

Location seems to be away from the city center but actually has very good transport links: metro and tram. Nice room, comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, plenty of hot water in the shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for your money. Everything was perfect, you just have to be prepared. This is a students dormitory so could be noisy at times. Bring your own shampoo and shower gel. Kitchenette is useless for a short stay as there are no cooking utensils. Second bed on the upper level is only suitable for physically fit people ;)
