Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Forum

The hotel was very close to a beach, Diagonal Mar mall, and the metro system. Our room had a nice view of the city, and the Nespresso maker with coffee each morning was a nice touch!

Location Left this nightmare today. I thought paying more than 390 Euros per night I would be reaching a standard quality for a 4 star hotel: - Room closet destroyed, door distorted, broken drawers - Pool dirty - No room service operation (no body answer after several trials in a couple of days - No water available at the gym. - Poor Air conditioning (at least in my room, kids room was OK). It is a réal pitty to invest part of my precious & limited holidays on this really bad quality hotel. For sure not coming back again,

An excellent and comfortable facility . Proximity to public transportation. The proximity of the concert noise at Forum. The online pictures of the ocean view are deceiving as you couldn’t see the ocean when sitting due to the height of the window. Housekeeping was inconsistent.

The only challenge that one can have with the this location was this was removed from the city center (Las Ramblas, Sagrada etc). If you arent ready to walk, be prepared to pay for a cab (which is reasonable to be fair).

Front desk staff was excellent for the entire stay.

However, I would advise guests to carefully check the towels and bed sheets before using them. In my room, I noticed stains on some of the towels when held against sunlight or a strong light source, including what appeared to be old blood stains. I requested replacements, but unfortunately the replacement towels also had cleanliness issues and visible stains.

The staff are nice and friendly especially those at the reception. The breakfast was really good with lots of food selections. It is located in a shopping district with lots of restaurants nearby. If you want to discover the city via a hop on hop off bus, there's a stop just a few meters away from the hotel.

A frosted glass door separates bathroom from bedroom. It is not fully enclosed therefore you do not have full privacy.

Very convenient, but they need to work on their staffs. Also they didn’t have soap in the bathroom and I called they never came with the soap. They need to have more variety with their breakfast. I honestly didn’t like the breakfast.

The cleaning service wasn’t very good and could definitely be improved.
