Hotel SB Diagonal Zero Barcelona is opposite Barcelona’s International Convention Center and Barcelona's Forum Auditorium. It has a spa, a gym, a seasonal panoramic pool and a solarium on the hotel rooftop. There is free access to the hotel gym. The spa is only for guests over 14 years old, and includes a Turkish bath and Finnish sauna. Beauty and massage treatments are available at a surcharge. All air-conditioned rooms at the Hotel SB Diagonal Zero Barcelona have flat-screen satellite TV, free WiFi and a laptop safe. The soundproofed rooms have facilities to connect iPods. I didn't like the see thru curtain and I feel like the bathroom toilet seat needed to change and the shower water wet the floor too.

It was close to literally everything It was clean but not clean enough. Water temperature is hard to adjust. AC wasn’t working at one point

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Transit is located close to the property, short walk to the beach. Pool was nice. Rooms were not fully cleaned each day (eg. sandy floors [as a function of going to the beach] for multiple days in a row). More garbage cans and a recycling bin in the room also would have been nice.

Very good hotel near the sea, underground station, mall and museum. The staff was friendly and nice, receptionist making upgrade for us and we don’t know about it. It was a one of the best room. Perfect breakfast for 22 euros, especially like homemade bakery and veggie options, a lot of meals for your choice

I had the worst third night at that hotel. At 2am there was a smell of a cigarette in the room I couldn’t sleep I thought I wasn’t going to die. I had to the reception so they can change my room and they did.

Everything met expectations. Apartment was large and comfortable. Towels could have been softer. Kettle had too much cleaning solution.

My only complaint was smell of cigarettes in my room even on pillow cases, but when I asked to change rooms, Christian from front office was exceptionally accommodating!

The shower was terrible. The water temperature wasn't stable. The room was very cold and I couldn't adjust the air conditioning.

The team help with the breakfast buffet service, they had a really great attitude! Kudos! Pointless to call them. Regardless if you are on your way and have a question or you already checked in and trying to order room service, no one pick up the call.

The airconditioning did not wirk. The keys to the rooms were always failing. The staff was oberwhelmed because of the high occupation.

Drinking water seems to be exclusive in Spain. You only receive a bottle per person on the first day and that's it. It isn't offered on a daily basis. Other than that, breakfast was extensive but the service wasn't great: not once did we find a clean table during our 3-day stay. One time I set the table myself because there were only 3 waitresses covering the whole restaurant with many many guests.

The location is excellent. We were about 5 minutes from amazing new beach that was not too busy. We were about 20-25 minutes with a bus // tran // train to the main area. But this part of town is more quiet which was very nice for us. The breakfast buffet was superb- its the best breakfast I have ever had. There was mimosas, fresh juices, chocolate fountain, fresh baked bread and much more just perfect. The beds were so nice and very quick and efficient room cleaning. The pool are was great and the bar downstairs was also just amazing! It would be even more perfect if the pool area at the top of the hotel had a roftop bar ;) But other than that everything was perfect! Loved it!
