The property itself was clean and well kept. I had a very disappointing experience with the Wi-Fi during my stay. I reported the connection problems to the hotel staff, but nothing was done to resolve or properly address the issue. What was especially upsetting was that, after I raised my concerns, a supervisor accused me of being dishonest and stated that no other guests had reported Wi-Fi problems during that time. I found this response dismissive and unprofessional. Reliable internet access is one of the main factors I consider when selecting a hotel because I work primarily from my laptop. Due to the poor connection, I was forced to leave the property multiple times to find another place where I could work. I am disappointed that the hotel neither corrected the issue nor offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience and disruption it caused during my stay.

Location, staff, room size, complimentary daily drinks, modern. Elevators took a very long time, about 5 minutes every time total.

Room was clean. Daiky room cleaning service. Good view! The breakfast was labeled ‘exceptional’ but felt more average than amazing. The bathroom lighting was too dim for makeup or shaving. Also, the no-outside-snacks policy is inconvenient—families with kids, special diets, or picky eaters have limited options.

I’d prefer that the bathroom be closed off so someone using the restroom at night doesn’t bother someone sleeping with light.

Room was nice. Location is really not near but a giant mail. No nearby restaurants. Ate at the mall. View was OK. A restaurant in walking distance.
