La ubicación buena, a pocas cuadras de la playa y el metro. Hay un mall con varios restaurantes cruzando la calle. El hotel está en proceso de remodelación, por lo que hay maestros dando vuelta por los pasillos y durante el día hay trabajos, por lo que hay ruidos. En los pasillos hay un mal olor, no estoy seguro si es la humedad u otra cosa, pero pedimos si nos podían cambiar de piso, y el otro piso estaba con menos olor, pero aun había este mal olor.

Location, garage, staff, executive lounge view, close to the mall and the beach, Laia and Natali from the reception were extremely helpful.

The location, the pool area and the breakfast. The charge on the weekend of 70 euro per person after 2 pm. They also didn’t clean our room one day.

The hotel is centrally located with great views. Walking distance to the beach restaurants and stores. They staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel facilities were great. The persistent foul smell in the surrounding area was a bit off putting & quality of the water offered to guests at the hotel was horrible. There was no one to consistently help with opening & closing the door for paraplegics or families with strollers. They just stood inside like statues watching people struggle with the exception of one gentleman who was very helpful when he was on duty, the rest weren't bothered.

Room: The room was very nicely appointed. Comfortable bed, and the room very clean. Great view of the water. Breakfast: The breakfast options were plentiful. I highly recommend getting the made-on-the-spot omelette. Location: Very convenient for the conference centre and across the road from a nice mall. This is also 20 minutes on public transport from downtown highlights. Plus very close to walk to a couple of waterside bars with great food. I also recommend the restaurant/bar area on the 15th floor. Great service and lovely views from the outside deck. The lobby area was being redesigned when I stayed. I imagine it will be lovely very soon and as it opens up there will be more light and more space to sit.

Friendly staff, great location near to the local mall and the pool area was beautiful. I was also the Hilton Honors guest of the day which meant we got a free breakfast! The tray service charge for ordering drinks by the bar, which was additional to another service charge, when there was no option of taking the drinks yourself.

The distance from the tourist attractions

The WiFi was slow. This was deliberate due their desire to up-sell a paid service with a reasonable speed. For an example of what I mean by "slow", map tiles in Google Maps took 5-10 seconds to load, rather than a fraction of a second, as per usual. Another issue: there was construction on some floors, with all the materials, etc., travelling via temporary construction elevators on the outside of the building. Noise started at 8 a.m. and continued all day. Breakfast was expensive @ 33 Euros per person. That's fine. We get it. This is a Hilton hotel, after all. But, there was no place to get breakfast anywhere near the hotel. There was a huge mall across the street, but it didn't open until 10 a.m. So, having a choice between no breakfast or a massively overpriced breakfast was disappointing.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. Breakfast was a real highlight—there was a great variety of fresh and tasty options, and everything was well organised. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others. I would also like to share one piece of constructive feedback for improvement. The revolving chair in the room has an extended base that points outward. Unfortunately, while moving the chair, it hit my foot quite badly. For safety reasons, it would be helpful if the extended base could be covered with foam or any other soft material. This would help prevent potential injuries and could benefit other guests as well.

TV didn’t work, apparently satellite blew off roof so no signal… pool was closed
