the staff was amazing! They really outdone themselves to make sure our stay was perfect! the facilities were incredible clean, and quite exhaustive (several saunas). Finally the location is perfect; 1 minutes walking to the terms in the center of badenweiler! An extra great point, the restaurant was just amazing! The only downside is the room was a tad hot! There is no AC (not needed) but aeration was a bit challenging. A fan would have been welcome (to be honest I didn't go ask for one maybe if you do they might be able to help)

Very nice Staff. nice spa area with excellent saunas. very good breakfast and dinner. cozy rooms and common areas in traditional style. The Spa has enormous potential. would add some tea and water and light snacks free off charge and a wellness desk.

Rooms with balconies are nice but they look a little old. There is free outdoor parking in front of the hotel. Excellent location in the center. Very bad and strange pillows. Weak wi-fi in the room. The electric car charger works only for Tesla cars.

very nice breakfast and reasonable SPA. The Cassiopeia Spa is next door. )h30 in the evening while the restaurant was still plenty of people, but some free tables we were informed that they don't cook anything anymore and we should find another restaurant. :(

We liked the location and the parking. The stuff was very kind. They even let us to use the parking for a few more hours after the check out. The hotel is a bit old. There is some need for renovations in the bathrooms and the rooms. The choice of breakfast was not very rich.
