All staff demonstrated an exceptional level of Customer Service. Very pleasant aspect. Combined with good hotel/restaurant facilities a pleasant stay in this hotel. Could not find A/C in room, so in hot summer could be a bit warm.

The shower was not working properly, we are both tall and there was very little water coming out of the shower.. Also I think the dinner was not good enough go for the price. We paid €200 for dinner, while the dishes were very small and not that good … sorry to say this but I think it is overpriced.

We loved the traditional clothing of the staff and their friendly and helpful approach. The hotel is extremely comfortable and offered us clean and spacious rooms, a well assorted breakfast and great diner.

We were very disappointed. Old and smelly. It was more than 30 degrees in the room. No AC and no fan. We could not sleep. No complementary coffee in the rooms. Had to pay 15 eur for two cups of black coffee. Pillows and beds of a bad quality.

the spa was only starting at 3pm in the afternoon ,this is not normal and it was also not mentioned when we made the reservation

Just love the hospitality. They are very kid friendly. Great familial ambiance. Our kid loves going back there. The diner table has great food.

Excellent breakfast: served eggs (prepared differently daily), very varied buffet, bubbly, ... Location: wonderful surroundings, great walks ! Very friendly, attentful & competent personnel. nothing I didn't like

The place, the details they take care of in order to make you feel special, the decoration, the wonderful staff, the food, etc.. It has been a very long time since I didn't live a whole experience like this one, and I come from a family of hotel workers. I would have loved to have one big bed instead of two beds put together, is not the same confort for a couple.
