Lack of upkeep--shower walls showed mildew, espresso maker worn out, no ice machine/bucket.

The hotel was worn and old. Elevator buttons didn't light up. Walls were chipped everywhere. Carpet was old, paint was worn, bathroom was dirty upon arrival.

Great hotel for a night close to the airport. 15min Shuttle to the airport. Great restaurant to work on the computer. No shuttle service after midnight, but they offered me the shuttle back for free as a goodie so I'm grateful. Location: Fantastic for airport. Desastrous for anything else (only Uber to City 20-40 min depending on traffic. NOTHING around except the airport).

This hotel is a very good option for staying in Amsterdam for several reasons. The price is excellent compared to the quality of the rooms and facilities. The shuttle service to Schiphol Airport is very convenient, and from there you have easy access to everywhere. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The only point I noticed is that the swimming pool and sauna, which I remember were available before, seem to be closed now. It would be great if these facilities were available again.

Spacious rooms, comfy and big beds, nespresso coffee machine. 5e voucher per day if they don’t clean your room. Neighbourhood is lovely, very nice for walks and there are 3 big supermarkets nearby (Albert Heijn, Lidl and Vomar). Didn’t have a fridge, it is a bit far from Amsterdam (we knew that, however be aware that you need to buy regional travel card, not regular GVB card if you want to use the 3 digit buses). If you want to save money and only buy GVB card, you can ride bus 195 to Osdorperweg (1.6e per way) and then walk to line 2 tram which takes you directly to the city. Also, tram 2 line is only around 30 min walk, the neighbourhood is nice so you can also try walking to the tram.

24/7 store, helpful staff, & shuttle to and from the airport. The bathroom had a faint unpleasant odor to it.
