The breakfast The floors in the ground floor were surely mopped without detergent. Sticky from sugar / dirt from the breakfast area. We didn’t get room cleaning until the last day, no fresh towels, had to ask. Also the bathroom felt dirty, when you walked out of the shower the floor would show the footsteps after drying

The hotel is excellent, but it was a glitch during our time. The reservation through Booking was not accepted by the hotel. It simply could not find the reservation. We waited a long time until they were able to arrange a room for us. In the end, they gave us an upgraded room, but we only arrived at the room around 10:00 PM. And yes, we would like to inform you that the room they did arrange for us did not include breakfast, which we had to pay for separately (after the original reservation included breakfast). the room

The hotel was very nice. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was huge. It had everything I needed. It was next to bus stops that gave good access to the city. The shuttle was great as well.
