Miranda Beach Resort

Needs a deep clean, the TV didn't seem to work properly, the fridge stopped working, had to keep asking for a toilet roll, it was not replenished often enough, likewise the tea and coffee, although they seemed to supply too many towels, no attention to detail, the breakfast was very, very limited, very little choice, our bar bill was not presented to us until we were about to leave, without any prior notice, when it could have been given to us much earlier

Good location, very close to bars restaurants and the beach. Nice private pool area. Big bed and very comfortable. No hot water on some days.

Had very little choice for breakfast. No proper tea or Coffee option was available. Hotel Manager was very cooperative and supportive, however the staff were not upto the standard Cleanness, especially toilet and showers. Not a 3 Star category. No bathroom towels provided. Room cloth closet were broken and bed linen were very poor quality and were not cleaned. City view / Road view rooms are very noisy in the night to sleep.

Swimming pool was clean and good Breakfast was good and tasty Room cleaning was not upto the mark. Also wifi network was not accessible in last room. Door was broken so it needed to lock with 2nd lock. Even paid TV channels not visible as management not recharged the channels. Overall experience with resort is not good

Location was central, close to the beach however was very noisy on Saturday night. Cleanliness. Shower looked like it had not been cleaned for at least 6mths, soap scum all over walls, floor and shower screen. Shower heads looks rusty. I wore flip flops to shower. Bath towels were old, mismatched, frayed edges and one had “cat-head weeds” stuck to it. Bed sheets did not feel fresh. We requested early check in and it appears the bed was just made, without a change of sheets however this cannot be confirmed.

The resort is near baga. Walkable distance and plenty of restaurants near by. Parking space is available The building is rather old. It costed us near 4K per night, including taxes, without breakfast. Bathroom tapes were hanging like it was about to fall off. The pool is very small and selecting pool view doesn't give you much of stay experience. I felt like the staff isnt really bothered about maintaining the property. It's ok, but not worth enough to pay 4K per night. You won't get value for money.

The staff are hard working friendly polite people who are willing to help you but facing obstacles in their way the pool area is cleaned every morning by a lady called Barthi who keeps it spotless only for the locals to leave bottles and food waste everywhere The property is old and needs investment the toilets leaking the shower and sinks leaking and smells the place is mostly used by people from the other states as a short break they come on mass with their children who they let run around unchecked screaming and yelling breakfast is like a feeding frenzy plates piled to the top food on the ground and tables same at the pool the grown up will sit drinking and eating around the pool or in the pool dropping food in the water and around the pool ordering the staff around like they are there own personal slaves

Tea at breakfast was well made. No wifi. Rooms weren't cleaned everyday. AC was leaking. Staff was unhelpful.

Excellent location and hospitality is very good.The reception people are very good.

Wonderful location. Right middle to the Day / Night life for Baga street & the Beach. Hotel was 10 mins walk to the beach. Rooms normal size. Breakfast was reasonable but didn't serve hot fresh cooked omelette. Over all grate place to spend. Had a balcony view room. Planning to visit again, same hotel. Location, nearer to shops, beach and Restaurants, Bars and night life. But found local fish / Prawns expensive as it was pick season.

Staff were friendly but not very professional Very very dirty the bedding was disgusting and so was the breakfast
