Perfectly located. Helpful staff especially at breakfst and loved the 'calmer rooms' Had a weird altercation with a staff member during morning swim which was handled by senior staff members but definitely made the vibes less...joyful. But I applaud their responsiveness to the situation.

Except for one thing, everything about our stay was very good and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options and was fresh and satisfying each morning. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best parts of the hotel was the overall atmosphere and vibe. Another major advantage was the hotel’s location. It was conveniently within walking distance of both the beach and the local market area. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. We booked a room with a balcony and a view of the main pool, exactly as shown in the booking photos and description. However, upon arriving late at night to check in, we were initially assigned a completely different room that had neither a balcony nor the advertised view. We had to spend nearly an hour at reception discussing the issue before the manager finally intervened and provided us with the room we had originally paid for and a suit. After a long journey, this experience was unnecessarily stressful and exhausting.

Great pools, gym, and rooms. Loved the ease of access to everything. Breakfast was outstanding! Staff were excellent.

I recently stayed at Ronil JDV by Hyatt, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly stood out and made the experience enjoyable. There are a couple of areas that need improvement. The food at the restaurant was not satisfying, in fact, it felt quite tasteless and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the airport transfer experience was disappointing. While the car provided (a BYD) was comfortable, the driver was not professional. He drove rashly, which made the journey uncomfortable and stressful. At one point, he was even shouting at a bus driver during the ride, which was not appropriate and affected the overall experience.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was gratuitous, and attentive. The food and drinks on the property were reasonably priced. My bartender Odi was a great mixologist. Rooms were spotless and the air conditioning was awesome. One note for potential customers, if you want a quiet room in the evening, stay by the rear pool. The front pool is always hopping, I particularly enjoyed the vibe and the music thats always going. The hotel location is central in town and lots of stores and restaurants are walkable. Baga Beach is a 5min walk. I had an amazing stay in Goa.

The pool had music on till quite late maybe 11pm and my room was beside the pool, music volume could be lower. Some people may want privacy.

I went into this stay with mixed expectations after reading a range of reviews online, but this experience really proved that you can’t always rely on what you read. From the moment we arrived, things started on a high note—we were greeted with welcome shots, which set a great tone right away. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, and the bathrooms were particularly nice and well maintained. What stood out most was the service. Any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently, and the staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. It felt like they went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth. Overall, the stay exceeded expectations in almost every way. The only minor downside was the breakfast. While the options were decent and perfectly serviceable, it didn’t quite match the high standard set by the rest of the experience.

Bipasha gave us an amazing service every day at breakfast. Great food and great ambience.

The Baga area is too touristy but the resort is great respite and feels more secluded.

Despite being located in a busy, chaotic area, the property itself felt like a peaceful sanctuary. The location is perfect, and the service throughout my stay was exceptional. A special mention to the spa — Lisa was an outstanding masseuse, and I had one of the best spa experiences. Truly relaxing and rejuvenating. I can’t wait to return! Breakfast could be improved

Had an absolutely amazing stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every department. The location was absolutely perfect—situated right near the beaches and surrounded by a great selection of bars and restaurants .The room was spacious, spotless and morning breakfast spread was a highlight, featuring a huge variety of fresh foods. Checking in was seamless. The reception staffs Rose, Along & Aritra were friendly, efficient, professional and welcoming went out of their way to ensure we were settled. Sahara Rai was incredible! She guided us to the best local eateries and must-see nearby attractions.The lobby boy Mr. Rajan who was incredibly attentive and always ready to help with a smile. Security team, especially Ghimire, whose vigilance and polite demeanor at the entrance were much appreciated. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Goa.
