The Owner of the property was very humble and gentleman. Though , we cancelled our bookings (2 rooms) after one night stay he accepted our cancellation very politely and without any cancellation penalties. His gesture was excellent and above the business ethics . Good wishes for him . Some renovation works are desired in rooms ...but their current tarrif charges are very competitive as far as location of the property concern... situated at the heart of the Baga (Tito's lane).

They made our stay pleasant. Titos lane has become walking street of pattaya. Though hotel authorities cannot do anything about this.

Special thanks to Mr. Vikrant for his wonderful behaviour, professionalism and top-notch readiness to heed the needs of the guests at quickest possible time. Dental kits, toiletries and facilities could be improved. This is probably the only shortcomings I can mention about the hotel. Otherwise, it is an excellent value for money.

The location was good Rooms are not well maintained. Wash basin choked up every time we used it. Bathroom smelled really bad the whole time we were there. Wifi stopped working after 10 pm. Would suggest to choose some other place if you are spending at-least 2 3 hours awake

Location and room is good. I ordered food but it was not worth and tasteless. There is no small refrigerator in the room which makes it less favourite.

wonderful staff - very accommodating and always ready to help if needed! location is great as far as walkability, my only callout is that it’s quite noisy all throughout the night. very close to all the nightclubs and parties, but if you’re trying to have a night in, it could be hard to relax / sleep with the bass kicking til 4:30am. no fault of Aariv, it’s just par for the course given the location.
