Absolutely the location & the decently spacious rooms. Even the pool looked good, though I didn't try it. Despite its beachside appeal & location (very close to Baga beach) my stay at this resort was overshadowed by lot of glaring issues. I'm taken aback that a platform as reputed as Booking.com would endorse such properties ! Mayflower Beach Resort - A Disheartening Experience Deceptive Payment Practices: The resort showed a clear hesitancy towards digital payments, consistently promoting cash over my preference for UPI or Card payments. Alarmingly, they also insisted on an upfront payment before finalising my check-in. The best was the way they demand as if they were recovery agents ! Unprofessional Front Desk: I was met with arrogance and undue sarcasm from the front desk staff, which is in sharp contrast to the hospitality standards I am used to. Concerning Entrance Structures: The makeshift structures at the hotel's entrance were not just unsightly, but also hinted at a potential lack of commitment to an optimal guest experience and perhaps some past issues. Inappropriate "House Rules": Their "House Rules" posters were troubling and led to uncomfortable questions from my child. I'd leave it to your judgement(attachment) Parking Issues & Vandalism: Despite their assurances, my vehicle ended up in an external parking spot. Even more distressing was discovering my car tires deflated upon check-out. Another guest's similar plight points to a significant security lapse at the property. Odd Check-in Protocols: Their baffling decision to have a 9-year-old sign the check-in register left me perplexed. Feedback Suppression & Booking Manoeuvre: After persistent follow-ups with Booking.com, my feedback was finally activated. I suspect their aversion to digital payment methods may be linked to the property's tactics of trying to save on commissions by wrongly marking my stay as "cancelled" or a "no-show". This suppression of genuine feedback is deeply concerning. After paying 5k + per room-night, I didn't even get a 500ml of water bottle as complementary in the room ! Generally I don't share much reviews. Still I wanted to write this one to save someone from spoiling their holidays.

location of property is very good. Its just walkable to baga beach. Also have swimming pool.. wifi siganal was not very good. Once mist need to go out to room to get wifi.

Property is located in the prime location. They are only taking cash and it was never informed earlier. The building was closed for 2 years and it has recently open. The Building needs renovation. once it is done, it will be very good

Location No internet in the room, no paper in washroom, old smell, old rooms
