The grounds were are beautiful, decor was lovely, close to many lovely coastal villages.
-
Shower is quite small and is attached to wall, so not that comfortable
-
The views were great Was not reflective of website pictures. Very outdated. Short staffed. No WiFi in rooms. Leaky plumbing and bad smells.
-
Very noisy hotel. They take ages to serve breakfast, it should be a buffet but the staff brings it to you which takes ages. Every day with a party next to the lobby and the sound from the rooms is unbearable. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who goes to relax.

clean, quiet environment in a really fantastic location

I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the hotel is very nice and clean. the view is really enchanting! Nothing

There were outstanding views and we found it quiet and relaxing. A lot of aspects are dated.

The first thing that struck me was the location, the landscape is truly enchanting! there was nothing I didn't like

Breakfast was good, the location excellent. Gardens and pools were lovely. A really nice property to stay at and just the right distance from Baja Sardinea which is a really nice beach. Just enough restaurants and shops. Very lovely area. The suite was smelling of mould /mildew.the management offered to change us to a smaller suite but we declined as we had paid for the larger suite. On Booking .com the suite showed a corner couch in a small lounge area . This was not the suite we were given. So a bit of false advertising either on Booking.coms account or the hotel. They did give us a room spray while we were there to help kill the smell but it was always around. Easy fixed as either air conditioner(which we did not use) or the bathroom drains need a good dose of bleach or chlorine. Suites with adjoining rooms were not sound proofed.

Room was nice, comfortable bed WiFi did not work in the room! We did have hot water in the shower and the breakfast did not serve everything until 10am

Location is ok remote but nor far from the beaches Hotel is run down, looks abandoned dirt everywhere pools and commun area, the staff is very unresponsive, the room we booked was so ugly amd small woth view of a wall, we upgraded immediately so room now costs 280 euros per night, with no Wifi, no windows, dirty shower with mold, no fridge, in 5 days bed sheats never been changed, TV has only local channels ams it not smart tv, no coffe or tea, no hairdriyer (we had to ask for it), no pool towels, the phone in the room dosent work, the only blanket is dirty and old, the daily cleaning is minimal, they dont even leave you a bottle of water everyday, only 2 pillows and they are flat. Breakfast is not a 4 star at all, few small eggs and cheap ham and cheese, one coffee instant machine where there is a que every morning we had breakfast onse and vener came back even thi we payed for it. They at just taking advantage of there location and charging very expensive for bad service, this is a shame.

Outdoor areas, swimming pool, decent breakfast. An outdated hotel, the rooms really need a makeover (poor bedding, outdated furniture, limited cleanliness, etc.). Really poor quality/price ratio.

The views and scenery were really good. All outdoor areas of the hotel were well kept. The rooms weren't quite bad. Everyday was a new problem. Ended up paying €180 more to upgrade to a suite because the standard rooms were that bad, and extremely outdated. They didn't offer double beds in the standard rooms, just twin beds that they would offer to put together (despite the fact the bed frames where attached to the wall) fridge made noise during the night and the walls were paper thin. Could hear EVERYTHING. The suite we upgraded to was great until the early afternoon, where the bad drainage would cause the whole bathroom to smell quite bad. The cleaners would sort it every morning, but the problem would return every day like clockwork. The jacuzzi water looked a bit dirty too. The breakfast options left a lot to be desired. The pool walls were covered with algae, and the room were difficult to either open or lock when leaving. We even had to leave our suite door unlocked for a whole day whilst we were out because the door and updated key mechanism would randomly get jammed. Also, don't shower at night, as there is no lighting in there, so you risk injury. All in all, the hotel looked great, until you go to your room. Try to arrive during the day so you can appreciate the scenery. It'll make you feel better about the room situation awaiting you.

The stuff was very friendly and helpfull. The suite and hotelarea is beautyfull. The breakfast could be improved with more frech vegetables, frech orange juice and better coffee.

The suite was perfect, very clean. The food for the half board was amazing like always. Not a lot of guests during our stay, so that was kind of amazing because we had the whole pool for ourselves. Breakfast is a negative point. This luxurious hotel should provide fresh pressed juice instead of having this juice machine with disgusting fabric juices. Also they should have a cook for breakfast that provides fresh eggs or pancakes. The rooms/suites should have a water boiler for us to make tea anytime. Those are the 2 things i would expect to have for next year when visiting.
