Very pleasant place to stay at, good location and quiet with a comfortable room.

It was nice and clean gym pool laundry The staff was horrible no customer service skills what so ever very rude the reason being I would not be returning because of the way I was treated

also my shower had hair in it. And there was hair on the bathroom floor The room smelled weird, I know it’s in Bakersfield and that’s kind of part of the ambiance but you’d think they could put some new filters in or something. Finally on the day before check out they texted me asking about my stay and I requested a late check out and they said they can do 12 and I was like great thanks. Then housekeeping barges in my room in the morning at 11:40 am next morning without knocking while I’m in the bathroom and noticed my stuff was still in there then called me saying I left some stuff behind lol the staff was generally helpful otherwise and breakfast was good as usual for Hamptons
