There were roaches in the room.

The pillows blanket and top covers i would say it’s about to replaced to a new one. Some Light’s isn’t working also the phone isn’t working either will that’s what we expect for the price of room.

New AC you just need to clean the filter by gently wiping it down with Lysol wipes and sanitize your own room. Housekeepers only do surface cleaning and change bedding empty trash but they don't clean under the beds or sterilize toliets or the showers you have to buy your own supplies and make it cleaner. Other than that use 2nd floor if possible and you good. Property Manager Juanita is super awesome and accommodating!

My husband and I discovered a large blood stain on the mattress. This was a major health and cleanliness concern, and I immediately brought it to the manager’s attention. Unfortunately, instead of taking the situation seriously or offering reasonable accommodations for my husband and me, the manager was dismissive and rude. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of regular housekeeping. There is no daily housekeeping service; rooms are reportedly cleaned and bedding and towels are changed only every three days. Despite this, staff enter the room when guests are not present, which raises additional concerns about privacy and security. Given the condition of the room and the way the situation was handled by management, I expected the hotel to take responsibility and make an effort to accommodate us. Instead, we were left feeling disregarded and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying at this Motel 6 based on my experience.

Na They lady in the front desk. Charged my card a cancellation fee because she was overbooked. She should not have charged me at all because when i booked i was supposed to pay at the property. And she was rude. It was an older lady with glasses

I felt unsafe at this location and booked a room elsewhere rather than staying another night. The noise at the hotel continued all night (music, shouting, calling). There was a tiny corner shower with shower curtain. No cockroaches, but I was worried about getting bedbugs. Sadly, this is not the Motel 6 of my youth.
