The room was very clean and fresh. The fitness room had a few machines that didn't work, but you were still able to do a workout. Front staff was very welcoming and nice. Breakfast was amazing! Kids loved the waffle maker! The ladies from the kitchen were really nice and were keeping up with the. I will definitely be booking here again.

The staff went above and beyond. They even bailed me out with a fresh razor when I needed one. Those little touches really make a difference. Everything felt clean, updated, and welcoming. I’m honestly tempted to just move in! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything was great Our room, king studio, had AC blasting right into our bed. Couldn’t get good nights sleep.

We had a suite but the bedroom section only had one tiny AC vent so we would have the living room area freezing and the bedroom too warm the whole time. Also, over five nights stay we had our room serviced once. One day they tried to come in while we were showering. The other 3 days they never tried that we know of.

It is in a safe location that is close to numerous restaurants and shopping. The fitness room needs to service its equipment. Numerous machines were out of service.

It’s very clean and well laid out, the gym is really nice and has lots of equipment, the pool was enjoyed by my kids. Breakfast was great, the rooms were huge and felt perfect for a family of 5 staying here 3 nights. I would definitely stay here again. They charge $10/night for parking which seems ridiculous cause it’s not like they have a closed parking lot or valet and they don’t take your vehicle license plate info. The breakfast area needs a carafe of water out.

Our 8 year old was hospitalized the day before the trip…at valley children’s hospital and the hotel couldn’t make an exception to postpone the reservation. Not family friendly.

So amazingly clean and the staff so helpful. Excellent location, loved the pool and breakfast. Great price- in room kitchen was fabulous Can’t think of one thing. Maybe room deposit was 250. Could have been less but was refunded the day I left.
