The rooms are clean, housekeeping everyday. The location is pretty great inside Old City, very close to tourist attractions. The woman at the reception was very accommodating and polite, I could see she cares deeply about guests. Can’t say the same about other staff. I don’t recommend the King Room on the first floor to anyone who doesn’t want to hear loud music and crowd noises from the restaurant adjacent to the building. Music and noises didn’t stop until 2 AM. It was extremely irritating and I had to complain 3 times (3 consecutive nights) before the staff offered to transfer us to another building. Should’ve done so in the very beginning of the stay. Everything else was superb

The property showed signs of wear, with peeling paint and some visible damage. Better maintenance would have enhanced the overall experience

Location, staff, cleanliness, great value for money No natural light in the room, no privacy if curtains open
-
Great location in the old town. Large rooms. Good value for money.

The breakfast could have had a wide range of fruit available. The hot food needed to be hot. The bed sheets very too small for the bed and needed to be able to be tucked in and cover both people in the bed.

We stayed at Art Club Hotel in Old City Baku for my wife’s birthday, and it was part of a surprise vacation. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location inside the Old City. The building is beautiful, with a historic and traditional feel, and the atmosphere makes the stay feel special. The view from the balcony was one of the best parts. We had a clear view of the Azerbaijan flag, the Flame Towers, and the Baku Eye the staff made our stay even better. They helped us with taxi bookings, local guidance, and anything we needed during our trip. Special thanks to the girl working during the day shift i don't remember her name the night shift guy with long hairs member Firoz helper at the hotel. They all went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. The location, service, views, and overall feel of the hotel were all outstanding. I think Art Club Hotel is one of the best hotels to stay in Old City Baku. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Baku.

Staff and propy

I loved how close every place was from the hotel, just walking distance maximum 20mins & the rooms are exceptionally clean & comfortable. The only issue is they don’t have elevators but the hotel staff will help you out with the luggages & everything.

Sometimes we feel the bad smell and the room hasnt got a fresh air because of the window look inside and the restaurant’

Staff were so friendly and helpful with everything, so mich so that I'm planning on coming back again. They made me feel like I was at home. And it was cool to see a close-up view of the flame towers from the balcony where you could just sit and relax while drinking tea.

Wonderful staff and big, clean room! The breakfast was also fantastic, best we had on our entire trip. Would love to stay again! Just as an FYI: It is in the old city, you can’t access easy with a car. But the location is perfect for walking.

Great location to explore the Old City, walk along the sea front and into the city. Very friendly staff.

The interior was so authentic beautiful old town vibes No elevator. Stairs to go to floors
-
Beautiful clean and awesome breakfast I didn’t have window in my room, only to the hallway

This hotel was just incredible, I loved it very much. Location, breakfast, staff , even playlist, played in lobby and terrace, all was perfect . I think, maybe that this hotel doesn’t have elevator , for us it’s not important .

Love Love LOOVVEE this hotel. Service is A PLUS! In the middle of the stay they made us answer some review questionnaire about our stay, I wrote that they weren't responsive in the whatsapp message and they rectified it immediately, checked in on us a day or two right after. They were quick on their feet, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Was surprised they had a bidet too! We weren't expecting much as they did say they didn't have elevator as they're at an old building, but the hotel rooms didn't look that old, has an old feels but modern vibe. Extremely clean too. I love the artworks displayed as well as the smell around was pleasant. 100000/10 Breakfast was such a great spread too they change/add some everyday so you don't get tired of it every morning. Great view from the room + balcony and vibe. I love chilling and just staring out of this hotel. Idk how some cars can enter but when we uber/bolt, the map can't pin the location so you got to pin the one outside of it (main street) and drag your suitcase. It's not that far from the main street but just keep in mind if you have lots of luggage. They were helpful but we had to drag our luggage from the main st as we didn't want to go back and forth for help. It's not a big of a deal as it is a close walk but it's something to keep in mind as they do have cobble stones.
