The property was in the Old City and very central to all Baku attractions. They served a great breakfast every morning. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Special mention about Kamran at reception- amazing guy and went out of his way to make sure I had a good stay! Thank you Kamran - nice to meet such a friendly and helpful guy. Nothing

The hotel advertises there is parking but there is none offered . Hotel front desk staff will admit this after you arrive. Parking is nearly impossible in the old city and is found only with your good fortune and much driving around. Also street parking requires an app in order to pay which non locals would not have downloaded.

Very good located in old town close to all main sightseeings , breakfast was delicious, staff was so helpful and friendly , they allowed to check in a bit earlier but also let us to leave our luggage…

We didn't stay in this hotel, just cancelled it when we sow the room. it is not **** hotel. On the reception when we asked them why do they think they are 4 star, they answered that in reality thet don't have even one star. it looks like hostel. So we cancelled.

The hotel is located in the heart of Old Town. The Maiden Tower is about a 3-minute walk. There are many restaurants and small markets nearby. Water bottles were supplied each day. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. There was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The bed was large and very comfortable. The ceilings in the room were very high. The breakfast had a good selection of items and changed a little each day. The hotel was good value. The curtains in 102 don't cover the entire window. It could be a privacy issue for some guests.

They were always there to help with advise, tips about locations to travel, give a hand with the luggage Nothing just maybe some things needed a little bit of maintenance

Great location decent breakfast nice room and great shower Very tricky to find it…it has a normal street address but it is up a narrow sidewalk between 2 buildings

Staff was very helpful. Hotel is located at the heart of Baku. All facilities are definitely sufficient including breakfast. Greetings to Kamran who is very helpful and talkative:). See you again in the future.

Hotel staff were kind and made sure we were well taken care of, from the arrival to leaving. Breakfast was nicely prepared with sufficient variety. They even cooked extra omelets for us. Azerbaijani hospitality captured in a cute hotel in the heart of old town.

Location!! it is close to all attractions. Easy to find. Great hot water and water pressure. Teavel toothbrush and pasta provided. The shampoo smell very nice. No elevator, but the stairs have landings, it is easy to navegate with a carry on. My room and bathroom were big. Breakfast is super delicious and has several selections. Staff are great, especially Amir. He was a great personality and customer service. Leaving.

They serve perfect breakfast and you can ask a cook to cook something to your liking. I asked what exactly can be cooked and the answer was everything you may want for breakfast))) I understand that it certainly has boundaries but the opportunity to ask something that you like is a great opportunity.

Great location, in heart of old Town and within walking distance to the lively central areas with restaurants . Room is big, very confortable bed. Breakfast is good and open until 11, which is great. Bathroom could be bigger.
