Very old furniture and the bed wasn’t comfy at all Staff were weird and not nice at all We asked for a late check out They agreed then at 12:30 ( an hour before our checkout) They were knocking on the door like crazy they woke up my baby Again few minutes later the cleaning lady did the same asking us to leave because our stay was over, although they accepted the late check out The floor was dirty full of dust and I had a baby crawling

Personal and location are perfect. Cleaning personal very nice. Room size is ok. There are in some rooms smells not gut. I had to change rooms. but hotel personal and administration immediately gave me another room.

Room was smelly. Noise from the traffic was disturbing.

It was very hot and stuffily in the hotel and rooms, air conditioners were working in the “heating” mode and we could not change it. We also were disappointed by the breakfast: assortment and taste were good, but cutlery and cups were not clean; there were not enough water available on the breakfast. Location of the breakfast could also be better, as based on the photos we assumed it would be on the rooftop, in fact it was on the 1st floor in the narrow rooms.

We had an excellent stay at Promenade Hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating at all times, even late at night, always ready to help with anything we needed. A special thanks to Mr. Saleh for being so understanding and allowing us a very late checkout around 5 p.m., which we truly appreciated. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to Nizami Street and about a minute from the Old City, making it very convenient to explore everything on foot. The Executive Suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

Nothing *A 5-Star Hotel in Name Only – A Truly Disappointing Experience* I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience to help others avoid the same mistake. We booked this hotel expecting a 5-star experience, but what we got was far from it — more like a 1-star ordeal wrapped in a luxury label. *Check-In Chaos:* We arrived at 6 PM, only to be told our rooms weren’t ready. After waiting for hours, we were given one room — and the second wasn’t available until 11 PM. That alone set the tone for the rest of our stay. *Filthy and Run-Down Rooms:* Both rooms were shockingly dirty. The floors were grimy, the toilets unclean, and even the common areas looked neglected. One room had only half a curtain, offering no privacy or proper light control. The furniture was old and worn, and the mattresses were some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. *Plumbing Disaster:* On our third night, the toilet in one of the rooms flooded while my daughter was showering. We called reception at 8 PM, and they casually told us there was no housekeeping available. Their solution? Two towels — for us to clean it up ourselves. The bathroom reeked of mold, and the smell lingered throughout the room. *Unfriendly Staff and No Service:* The staff were not just unhelpful — they were outright aggressive and unwelcoming. There was no concierge service, so we had to haul our luggage up and down ourselves during check-in and check-out. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, this is unacceptable. *Security Concerns:* Security was practically nonexistent. After 9:30 PM, there was no one at the door or reception. The elevator had no card access control, meaning anyone could go up to the rooms — a serious safety concern. *Terrible Breakfast:* The breakfast was the final insult. The quality was so poor it wouldn’t pass for a 3-star motel buffet. Limited options, stale items, and a complete lack of care in presentation or taste.
