should have elevator, I suggest if someone travelling with their baby do not take balcony room stay with the standard one because you have to go to the 5th floor to enjoy the view.Rest everything was on point.

We have an incredible 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Nizami Street. Also walkable to old city and Baku boulevard. The room is very clean and huge and balcony is very spacious. The staffs are generous enough to upgrade our room and even thoughtful giving gifts as complementary birthday gift to my husband. None

Lift is a big drawback specially when you living for 4 nights in this hotel & living on top floor. Not a nice breakfast. Dont book this hotel if you are over 50 & staying for more than 2 days due to lift issue. No lift & breakfast was very poor.

I pay for breakfast 6 days i travel from dubai to azerbaijan austin hotel i pay 40manat for each day same breakfast after taking this much of money only good thing is view other all thing staff cleaning mess nothing good Only view other things is worst

The Amazing & awesome view on Nizami Street at the Balcony of my room (DELUX DOUBLE ) The Breakfast time at the restaurant - supposed to be till 11 am not only 10 am !! - Also The Restaurant was not wide or spacious enough sometimes , on my last day at 9:15 am , the restaurant was very crowded that i couldn`t find a free table , and i shared a table with other client

Location was superb. Right in the middle of Nazami Street, close to restaurants etc. The sound insulation on the street facing rooms was excellent. It was great having breakfast available. The bed - it was the worst bed we have even slept in. Bed springs could be felt through the entire mattress. Housekeeping didn’t replenish toilet paper… had to go to reception to get more.
