The view and the location is perfect. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor, and there is no lift. You need to carry your own luggage up till the top.

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at The Nizami by La Casa Hotel, which I booked through your website. Upon arrival at 16:00, I was dropped off by the taxi driver, but we were unable to locate the property due to a steel fence blocking access to the road, which was under construction. This made it extremely difficult to find the hotel. After searching for over five hours, a lady finally appeared and escorted us to the property. By this point, we had lost a significant amount of time, and the experience was very stressful. Additionally, the condition of the hotel was far from acceptable. The stairways were extremely dirty due to ongoing construction work, and it was clear that the property was not in a state fit for guests. The lack of water and basic amenities further compounded the issue. I am particularly concerned that the property was not marked on your website as being under construction, and I believe this should have been clearly stated in the listing. I also noted that the booking terms on your site indicated that the reservation was non-refundable, but given the circumstances, I believe this policy should be reconsidered. After the disappointing experience at the hotel, we had to find alternative accommodation at a local hotel. I have photographic evidence of the property’s condition, including the road closure and construction work, which I am happy to provide upon request. Given the situation, I kindly request a full refund for the booking, as the property was not as advertised and the experience was far below expectations. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Great location. Wonderful staff.

it’s very close to everything, and you can easily walk to nearby places. The hotel is quite old and doesn’t match the photos online.It has a spiral staircase only, which will be an inconvenience if you have heavy luggage. The ac and wifi also wasn’t working well during our stay.

I asked the receptionist (lady) to have 1 hour late check out and she said you need to pay extra for late check out which is ridiculous. More over she was very rude and had an attitude. This is not professional and against the hospitality.

Very good location, on Nizami Street. The room is very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also very delicious.
