Room was excellent. Very clean and modern. Size was also decent. Cleaning lady was very rude. She was almost shouting for doing her job.

The room is very good and clean They give me horrible room from the beginning on second floor with old dirty carpet and smelly toilet, but from the third try finally I got the room I reserved from beginning.

This is Ahmed from oman. Alhamdulllah hotel was good. Breakfast was fine. .Good location. The hotel is neat and clean. I have only one complaint. When I booked the hotel, I negotiated with the staff that they would be responsible for the airport pick-up and drop-off. They said $30 one-way and $50 two-way. I was happy with that. But when it was time for us to return, they demanded another $50. Which was wrong because we had already made a deal. If we had arranged a Bolt or a normal taxi, it would have cost $15 to $20. Such small schemes keep happening. You should arrange your matters properly and make a booking. My advice is that you take a Bolt from the airport and go to the hotel.Finally, we were forced to pay another 30 Azerbaijani for taxi

Amazing breakfast! The staff was really hospitable and everything in the hotel, including the room, was extremely clean and hygenic. Huge variety for breakfast and had the option to make custom food as well. Highly recommended!

Loved the location. Walking g distance to the Heyder Aliev Centre. Great view from hotel. Hospitality of the staff, especially reception. Room was spacious. Breakfast needs were catered for. Nothing really. Restaurant doors should be opened or fixed to give guests opportunity to see great view of the city from outside

По прилету в аэропорту меня ждал водитель с табличкой, на которой было написано моя фамилия. Отель в пешей доступности от Центра Гейдара Алиева, у меня с номера он был видел. Так же в пешей доступности 2 станции метро (около 15 минут), станции «28 Мая» и «Гянджлик». Но чаще всего мы гуляли пешком, так как любим пешие прогулки. Приобретал заселение с завтраками, завтраки стандартные, все что нужно, никаких изысков: каша, несколько видов омлета, варенные яйца, фрукты, овощи, десерты и напитки.
