The pool and the breakfast was exceptional. That they didn’t allow inside the pool without swimsuits.

We enjoyed our stay at 1438! Special thanks to Avsolat receptionist Great guy ! Any issues- he was solving at the same minute Great management and great spa! Even the bellboys were very polite and helpful One of the best stays in my entire life No hassle, no headache!???

- Location was nice - Staff was super friendly and supportive -Rooms have no windows which could be opened -The elevator was a bit far from my room - The way to spa could be a bit more comfortable as you need to pass the lobby first in order to enter the spa.

Very clean comfortable excellent vies from all sides breakfast was amazing the staff was very helpful and courteous Miss Narmin was very helpful with a smiling face It’s not a very old hotel so some more outdoor facilities are in the making

I forgot my ear phones on the bed while checking out. I called them after a few hours but was told that cleaning staff didnt hand over anything to them after handover

Location, cleanliness and bell boys Front desk Staff was rude. They dont send parcels from Wolt to room. They charge 5 Mannat extra on each in-room dining, non sense. Not at all 5 star experience

Location is good, near the caspian sea. But particular part of the sea is not clean and has the smell of oil in the air Staff and receptionists are not polite. Even the room service staff are very rude. Compared to other marriott hotels, this marriott branch is very poor. Secondly, the rooms are very congested. It’s better to book other hotel than this particular branch

Nothing I asked to change the sheets three times in one hour and no reply till I went down at 11 PM and yelled at the shift manager then they changed TV Did not work

The hotel is located a little aside from Baku Boulevard but remains very well connected and easy to reach. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. Although the hotel has carpets throughout, they were clean, well maintained, and free of any unpleasant odors. The property is well kept, comfortable, and provided a very pleasant stay overall.

Whatever you could imagine in a five-star hotel is here to the highest standards. Throughout my stay in Azerbaijan, I visited four different hotels, and without a doubt, this one stands at the very top.d this hotel is easily sits on top. Stayed only for one day.
