Nice room, Nice bathroom spacious. Helpful Staff, friendly. Good breakfast. First time ever we find the room actually ready (crib in it) sofa bed prepared for our son. First time ever to have a fridge that actually work and super cold ?. Walking in the room you hear squeaky sounds. Parking on arrival to have the luggage taken was hard. No one helped us in checkout to get the luggage.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious with a nice modern design, and the location was great. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was good overall.

Nothing Very Disappointing Stay We booked a Family Suite but were given two connected ground-floor rooms instead. The rooms were very basic and not up to the mark. Both water kettles were not working, and one was contaminated with leftover food and had a foul smell. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room. We checked in very late at night, yet were asked to check out strictly at 12 noon with no flexibility—only 10 minutes was granted upon request. There was also no bellboy service, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Not recommended.

Location is good, I like the interior and overall design. Place was kept clean and tidy, sheets were done. Thank you for Ramiz for finding place for early check in. The things I could tolerate. An armchair was broken and one hard pillow case had weird spots. I thought my room would be with bathtub as it is in images, but apparently it was not. No big deal, it is okay. Felt like walls were not soundproof enough and I kept hearing people walking in corridor or even could hear audible voices from neighboring rooms. I guess they were complaining about noises from my side but refused to to say it straight. Still awkward feeling though.

I stayed for one night only before my return flight, based on a friend’s recommendation. - The room size was very good and comfortable. - The TV was a smart TV with internet and YouTube, which I didn’t even find in some 4 and 5-star hotels during this trip. - Good Wi-Fi, location, and price. - No parking space, not even a proper spot to load and unload luggage. Check-in was tiring and there was no help with the bags except for the lady at reception. She said she cannot help in this. - I requested tissues and was told there are no tissues available!! which was quite strange and surprising!
