Staff were polite and friendly, attentive and multilingual. The maid walking in to the room without knocking even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Breakfast is functional but not brilliant. Room carpet was a bit worn. Otherwise functional and good value.

I stayed at Central Park Baku for one week with my wife. The location of the hotel was very good just 10 minutes walking distance to Nizami Street and yet away from the chaos. Easy location for pick up by tour operators and taxi drivers. The breakfast served was of good taste and had a variety of items for a sweet loving person. The views from the restaurant were top notch which we enjoyed a lot having breakfast. Check in and check out was pretty quick. Most of the staff was very attentive, smiling and helpful. Our room was on the 9th floor and was nice with a small balcony with all the necessary amenities. Many coffee shops and grocery shops are in walking distance to the hotel. The TV in the room doesn't have many channels just basic stuff. While every other staff member of the hotel was giving extra water bottles for free, a bald staff member at the reception was asking money for the extra water bottles.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel is in the city center, few minutes walk to Nizami St. The breakfast was good. But, not much variety.

Very good location, friendly helpful staff. (I forgot to ask the receptionist girl name, but anyway, she have to mention in my comment. So she gave me useful tips , thanks!) My room was at 9th floor with a sea view and with a balcony. I spent 3 nights there, every day the cleaning lady knocked on my door and ask me if I need anything. Breakfast was at 11th floor . Many things to try out. Overall: i would definitely choose this Hotel again. Thanks for having me.

Absolutely horrible place, not comparable to any other place we stayed in Azerbaijan. DO NOT GO NEAR THERE! 1. They gave us smaller room than I be we booked and paid for. 2. In the middle of the winter balcony door was open and room was freezing when checking in (to be honest closing the balcony doesn't make much difference because of the state of windows) 3. The state of room and furniture is really bad (I would say nothing was done with the room for last 20 years at least), almost nothing works properly 4. There is no parking, even tho listings state the hotel has free parking 5. Breakfast is horrible, we got things at least day old. 6. It's in not a nice area, it's pretty scary at night. We booked this hotel only becouse it stated it has free parking. Before we stayed in old town and hotel was 1/3 of the price and SAS amazing. Please don't waste your money and distroy your memories form beautiful Azerbejian by staying in this hotel! Absolutely horrible place, not comparable to any other place we stayed in Azerbaijan. Sakina was really accommodating and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Room service was amazing too with great food on the menu. All the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Noisy guests that kept everyone up till 3am.

Courteous and english speaking staff

Options for vegetarian breakfast was available

It was a good hotel overall. Breakfast options can be increased. Bed sheets quality also have room for improvement.

I think is the best value for money in Baku, for hotels with prices around 50-75 EUR/night. I booked more expensive hotels with less quality. So: friendly staff, very clean, all facilities in good order (bathroom, kettle, fridge, TV, air conditioning). Breakfast OK for this hotel category. Small things: Internet sometimes slow; for short periods of time, no cold water (probably, because of the works in the building); the breakfast setup not ready in two days (from 13) at 7.30, when breakfast was supposed to begin to be served. The omelette made on spot (and no other omelette available) not suitable if you are in a hurry (there is always a queue).

Good location and the basics are in place There was a lot of repair work going on. The bathrooms keep on clogging in the shower area. The buffet breakfast often ran out with the staff taking a lot of time to refill. Just 2 servers managing the egg counter, refilling the stations and cleaning the tables were a disaster during peak hours.

Location Communication was a problem Breakfast options were beef only and breakfast got finished before timmings ended
-
Very close and easy walk to the town, sea, metro.
-
Good location. Good room size. However WI FI was not working in one room throughout the stay despite repeated complaints. Breakfast was not well organised . The breakfast was not well organised

Very good

Friendliness of staff Facilities in bathroom inadequate. No variety for breakfast, same daily. No restaurant at the hotel for lunch or dinner

Hotel needs some improvements I found a hole in sheet on the 3 day of our stay My friend said she saw many hair on the bathroom floor after the cleaning was done. I had to often ask for more Toilet paper Somehow it’s seems it’s an issue in Baku generally speaking!!! However, the stuff and kitchen stuff and manager Yura from the restaurant were outstanding They all left amazing memories for my friend and I. I wrote it above

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came everyday. You have to iron in the hallway and the iron seemed to be shared by all the guests so at times the wait was a bit long.
