The only problem when you with taxi there is no parking( as not allowed) but beside the building it is okay.

It was great stay in this very nice and clean hotel. Great location; it’s only 3 minutes walking from Nizami street. The staff were very helpful and respectful. Thanks to Mr. Shankar and Mr. Upendra. Nothing major. The hotel has long stairs with no elevator. The breakfast was good however it needs to be improved. If I go to Baku again, this will be my future hotel.

Location, clean, helpful staff, room size all great!! breakfast was no frills but excellent and functional omelette, coffee and bread all good quality really recommend this hotel Hotel doesn't have lift but it's not a problem as staff helps in getting up the luggage

The place was huge in size with basic kitchen set up . The staff was very helpful. We stayed as a family of 4 (with 2 kids) and our kids enjoyed the balcony, huge bed and TV in both the rooms

Location is very good, walking distance from Nizami Street and some good restaurants are nearby. Hotel access is from stairs, no lift. They provide filter water instead of bottled water, breakfast has very limited items. Also hotel is on the main road so expect some cars noise, honking etc at night time.

Upon arrival, I was informed that no rooms would be available for the following day, but later I found a room available on Booking.com and was able to book it immediately. Additionally, during breakfast, I requested another coffee, but the staff member informed me that service had ended and was about to charge me for it, which was surprising

I had a very good experience staying at the 1883 Boutique Hotel in Baku. The hotel is super clean, and its location is a big plus—right on the main road, just a 5-7 minute walk from Nizami Street. The staff is friendly and speaks English well, making communication easy. One of the highlights is the Indian restaurant inside the hotel, perfect for satisfying your Karak chai cravings. However, do note that balcony rooms are limited, so if that’s a priority, it’s best to book a room with a balcony (the balcony in my pictures is their common restaurant balcony). Booking.com needs to update its description as it says "room with the road view," but I had no view from my room. The window opened in the aisle of the hotel. The only area that could use some improvement is bathroom maintenance—some cabinets had older broken pieces inside, and the hot water was inconsistent at times. Other than that, everything was great, and I will definitely be booking again! ? The room view and inconsistent hot water
