Very Cozy

The room was a perfect size with a nice balcony. Very clean. The breakfast was ideal for me. Great location - 10-15 min walk to the Crescent Mall and 10 mins to the city center. The staff were all very hospitable and friendly - they were also able to help me extend my stay - Amil, Xalida and Afat and everyone else I met made me feel at home. Thank you and I will miss Baku!

I had a wonderful stay at Callisto Baku. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail in the rooms really stood out, and it felt like a perfect place to unwind after a long day. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Orxan for his outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. His professionalism and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and attentive he truly made a difference.

Everything was perfect

Super clean and great staff. They helped us with the luggage on the stairs since there is no escalators (as is the case with all hotels in old town): Only the stairs to get to the hotel but the staff helped us with the luggage.

Overall, this is probably my best hotel experience so far. This is a hotel with a few rooms, actually a small boutique hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious, nice, well-equipped. It was absolutely clean, with a comfortable bed, and a really good bathroom. The price included breakfast, which was plentiful. I have to highlight the waiter Isbendiyar, who was very polite and helpful! But the rest of the staff was equally helpful in everything. Card payment was possible. And the room price is affordable. The hotel is in the city center, in a really accessible location. Next time I go to Baku, I will stay here again.

The staff was helpful and present at all hours. The hotel itself is one floor so very compact. Breakfast was nice with options for fresh omlettes.

It is difficult to find a parking space if you are renting out a car. There are paid parking in front of hotel, but getting a space there in daytime is very difficult. It's not specific to Callisto, it's the same case with most of hotels in the city. But going around the city in Bolt is very cheap, so you don't need to rent a car if you are visiting places inside and nearby the city. Rooms are in first floor, and there is no lift. Staff helps in getting the luggage to the first floor, but not wheelchair friendly.

Everything was excellent, including facility, cleanliness, and location as well as hospitality and the breakfast, which was well prepared and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Isbandiyar - an amazing host who went above and beyond, always extending his generosity and support for every request I made. Highly appreciated ?? Nothing to mention.

Callisto Baku was a hotel I chose after very long research and reviewing everyone's opinion. It was my first time in a new country; I needed to make sure I was safe. Completely exceeded my expectations, front desk was kind, friendly and explained all my questions. As I booked non-refundable option, it had my card, I believed it already charged but front desk explained, it is just to ensure my booking is confirmed and I need to pay at the property, which is completely fine, I am just happy they were so kind. Our rooms were exactly as the picture. They also provided extra blanket/tissues/water whenever requested. It is small hotel with a few rooms so it's very cozy and pretty. The breakfast was buffet style; you could also ask for them to make you anything else from the menu. Food included, different cheeses, boiled eggs, cornflakes, Keish style pizza, rolls, veggies, fruits, oats, fries etc. I believe it is perfect, and enough to start your day. They also provide tea, coffee, milk as needed. Everything was perfect, I just would advise to fix the small clog issue in the bathroom.

My stay was better than I expected! The room exceeded my expectations for sure. Could not have asked for a better stay! The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and in a perfect location (city center, but not that much noisy). The staff are the real stars – incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The WiFi was fast and free. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku. We will definitely be back! PS: the balcony view stole my heart The only disadvantage for me was the stairs to the second floor :) But if you kindly ask staff to help, you will forget about this lack.

Swming pool was not there. Rest everything was good.
