I met my best foreign friends in this hostel and they helped me alot and we kept in touch after i left. The bed is big and comfortable enough. If you live on the upper bed, no need to worry things to drop down, because the mattress is pretty big and no space against the wall. Local brother also shared with me a lot of knowledge of baku and Azerbaijan only locals know and always asked if he can help bring us something when he went shopping. Ac is cool enough maybe it's too cold for bed near it. Locker is big enough to put a 26inch box. Admin lady is very kind and cute and never be impatient. A lot of local cultures in this hostel. Hope this hostel a very good future. The bathroom can be more modernized.

Just the cost was less. Staff was okay. Even if they couldn't speak English, they had a translator app. Bedbugs in the beds. They confused the balance money that they had to give me back ( which I had to argue and get the returns). Broken toilet fittings, late night person playing piano and over booked the place. There were several bookings over the capacity of the hostel who slept in corridors and was hard to use the washrooms in morning. Rooms lacked heaters. And had excuses for everything. One day the gas bills were not settled and the hot water was unavailable.

Hostel facility was in very bad condition. Doesn’t have proper bed available. Staff behavior was rude too.

NOTHING STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS VERY RUDE EVEN EVERY TIME HOSTEL STAFF SHOUTED ON US WHENEVER WE FEEL ANY PROBLEM IN HOSTEL REGARDING BED BUG, STOPPED WATER SUPPLY OR GAS SUPPLY IN HOSTEL. HOSTEL STAFF GIRLS ARE ALSO SLEEPING IN THE SAME GIRL DORMATRY ROOM AND THEY ARE GOING CLUBS FULL NIGHT AND CAME BACK 4 TO 5 AM IN THE MORNING AND DISTURBING TO OTHERS IN THE ROOM. MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXTERMLY BAD WITH HOSTELLO STAFF.

Bedbugs, dirty pillows and bed. Dirty and bad odor toilet. Noisy even during wee hours in the morning.

They even did not entertain out booking through booking.com Staff was a lady and she was very rude.

Didn't like anything We booked the hostel and even after repeated messages asking for confirmation there was no response. Even if u book take double confirmation if room is available or not

The location. -Bedbugs are every where. -Bathrooms are so small with brocken door's locks and unconfortable. -showers water always cold and there is no hot water. -If you are not azerbijanian you will notice racism and there is a groupe of them living there doing whatever they want.
