"A Place That Truly Understands Hospitality" Staying at the Grand Inn Baku was an experience marked by warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional service. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was not only professional but genuinely kind. They treated guests with a level of care that made the hotel feel more like a home than just a place to stay. Every request was handled promptly. The team consistently went out of their way to ensure comfort and satisfaction without ever being intrusive. -

The best thing we liked is the safety and the comfort. Mr.Emil is a wonderfull person..he helped us a lot for a comfortable stay there. Breakfast, location of the property etc all very nice. Also the property is spaciuos,clean and well maintained.

We stayed in a triple room. And the room was huge with one double bed and one single bed. The stay was very very comfortable and clean. The ladies cleaned our room everyday. The owner and the staff is very very polite and generous. We requested late checkout and he allowed us to stay with no added cost. The location is perfect, our room had a view of the heyder Aliyev museum.

Exceptional

First of all location then the breakfast were mind blowing. Mr.Director thank for the candies and biscuits for the kids. The room atmosphere (Broken doors, half hanging curtains, dirty sofas). No cattle in room you have to adk for it. Hotel is on second floor and the Lift was not working, washroom door was not getting close.( i asked for it twice and Mr.Director of hotel got aggressive and reply rudely that I don’t have to remind him every minute totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour ). Its just beside the road hard to sleep ( if travelling with family kids or elder not recommended at all. We ask for room cleaning step out the hotel. When came back found all the garbage out side of the door corner.

Breakfast is good. They served us traditional Azerbaijani breakfast. The Director Mr. Emil is very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The housekeeping lady is also nice. The location is great, almost everything you need is just downstairs, supermarket, pharmacy, affordable restaurants, plus it's near to the I love Baku Sign and the Cultural Center wherein you can overlook the entire city. The cigarette smell in my room on my first day, but the Director addressed my concern immediately.

I recently stayed (13-14 Dec 2024) in the family room at Grand Inn Baku, and it was an outstanding experience! The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with almost all the amenities one could ask for. The location is excellent, just behind the iconic Heydar Aliyev Museum, making it convenient for sightseeing. What made our stay truly special was the hospitality of the owner, Emil. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even arranging an early check-in for us. His warm and caring demeanour made us feel like family—he truly treats his guests like a family members and ensure their comfort. On our request, he arranged airport pickup also which we need to separately pay to the pickup person. Because of his straight forward speaking, some people may feel he is rude but actually not. The services provided were exceptional, and the breakfast was simply superb. Hot water is always available in washroom including hand shower. I highly recommend Grand Inn Baku for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the city. Best Location, amazing service, Neat and clean rooms , best for families and you have all the things below like supermarkets restaurants tourist attractions. On top of everything u have EMIL he is excellent this place deserves to be top 5 hotels in Baku Nothing. Everything was on top.

The room was very spacious, clean, with everything you need to be very comfortable (air conditioning, mini fridge, baby cot prepared for our little girl even though we didn't request it, etc.). The shower cabin was also generous with space. The buffet breakfast was not very varied, but tasty and sufficient. We received bottled water every day. The staff was extremely kind and the manager was an extraordinarily friendly guy, ready to help, to whom we remained indebted and to whom we would like to thank him in this way. On the ground floor there was a very well-stocked supermarket and a little further on, another one open 24 hours. The windows did not completely isolate the street noise. In the bathroom, the sink had inside some rust running down and the shower faucet was no longer shiny, but covered in limescale deposits, aspects that we overlooked. Note that the hotel reception is on the 1st floor, so enter through the parking lot and go up with confidence.

The Staff were exceptionally great and helpful. Good rooms, good breakfast and great location, clean. Thanks to Emil who was great and paid attention to details.

My recent stay at the Grand Inn Baku Hotel was exceptional. I felt truly valued and well taken care of throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff and specially I should be really thankful to Emil to made sure that every detail was attended to and I was given an upgraded Room for free of charge from 3rd day. Further, he extended the check out time until I left for the Airport with free of charge as my flight was scheduled at 8.25 pm. The room upgrade I received was fantastic and all the amenities that made the stay comfortable and luxurious. The attention to detail, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful touches in the room, was impressive. As an overall, the hotel is very safe and calm and it’s located behind Hayder Aliyev center which is very easy for transport and nearby restaurants could be approached by walking. Furthermote, I won’t forget to mention about the staff and specially the breakfast. Thank you so much for your effort to provide us tasty and delicious breakfast throughout our stay therein. We really loved and enjoyed. Once again, Thank you Emil and the staff for your support for making my holiday special.

Very much friendly environment, Comfortable stay, good buffet breakfast, 10 min walk to subway station Nariman Narimanov. (A lively intersection full of restaurants, coffee-houses and a beautiful park.) A supermarket under the hotel, an open, vast and green area of Heydar Aliev Centre in front of the hotel. Booking.com paid for taxi from airport to the hotel and the hotel manager Emil paid for taxi back to airport. It can’t be mor welcoming :-)) Not much! Some cosmetic reparations on doors, closets, drawers, curtains and changing some single burned bulbs will make it nicer. A bit noisy for sensitive people like me in the rooms beside the street. A two three layers of thicker and complete curtain can solve the problem. Hotel manager was so kind and changed our room.

The hotel is located a bit far from the central area but it is right next to Hydar Aliyev Centre. There are supermarkets just next to hotel and some eateries too. Emil is great host and treats you like a brother :). The breakfast is elaborate and have good options of veg and non-veg. Nothing
